A25 Premium Hotel - 29 Thác Bạc - Sapa

It was wonderful to wake up in the morning, stand on our balcony, and see the fog blanketing the valley behind the hotel. If only for that, this place would be worth it. But we could also see the monorail train on its way to and from the Cable Car station to Fansipan. And we could also hear the roosters each morning as well. It was an idyllic location for our stay in Sapa. Make sure to book the mountain view room.

The hotel is also well located, as it was a short walk uphill to a good restaurant, and downhill to several coffee spots and spas, including our favorite Ruby Spa. It is also an easy walk to the Sapa train station building, and lots of restaurants, and the Sapa Lake in the downtown area. And we caught an inexpensive Grab ride back up the hill to our hotel each time.

The staff at A25 is outstanding. The front desk folks speak good English, and they helped us sort a few logistical issues during our stay. They are also very friendly, as is the young doorman, who was the James Brown of this hotel (the hardest working man in show business).

Overall, we had a great 5 days in Sapa, and our stay at A25 was a big part of that. We would gladly return here.

Good clean hotel with hill view. Staffs polite and helpful. Very near to city center. Overall a very good choice.

I liked the location, close enough to the center yet in a quieter street. The staff at the reception is very attentive and tries their best to help you. I appreciated the many amenities in the room, anything from the face wash, proper toothpaste, good shampoo, razors, to even hair ties and bathrobes!

La chambre( suite exécutive) était spacieuse et confortable avec une grande salle de bain propre avec des produits de qualité fournis.
L’emplacement calme et accès rapide au centre de Sa Pa

The hotel had taken care of every small thing you need for daily chores (iron, sewing needles, nail cutter, bath gown etc).
The room size and bed size was very good for deluxe room. We were a family of 3 however 4 people can easily be accommodated in the twin bed.
The staff were exceptionally polite and supportive.
Indian veg food was also available.
Location is just 5-8 mins walking distance from the SAPA centre and mono rail station.
