Great hotel - be careful if you have sensitive skin
Pros:

Fantastic room and very comfortable stay. My only advice is if you have sensitive skin - don't use the makeup wipes provided as I have come out in puffy eyes and facial swelling. My bed was comfy, but a few colleagues have said their beds were very soft "like a cloud" and they woke up with sore backs (they were all on level 3)

Definitely recommend and stay here again
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked omelettes and so much to choose from. Room was comfy and clean

Pros:

Perfect location as you are in the heart of the city and walking distance from everything. Beautiful room and one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever experienced.

Pros:

Very easy to get to and from where we were for the weekend and friendly service.
I also like the fact that the underground parking is equipped to allow my ute that had a stack of empty chicken boxes on my ute under for convenient parking.

Cons:

I can't really complain about anything really I have stayed twice now at the Avenue hotel and everytime has been a wonderful experience. If I have to state one thing I didn't like was that I didn't have a biscuit to go with my cup of tea for supper🤣👍😊❤️
