Great location
Pros:

We loved the convenience and location - was close to the shops and lots of restaurants. The room was very clean and well presented. The bed was super comfy and the spa bath was absolutely amazing! Definately recommend paying for parking.

There wasnt anything we didnt like.

Very pleasant stay in a well-situated hotel that has extremely high standards of cleanliness.
Pros:

Hotel staff were absolutely excellent, and extremely helpful. Breakfast offered a superb choice every day. Bar staff were all very friendly, polite and courteous.

Cons:

Bed was a bit on the soft side, but perfectly fine.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay and would stay there again
Pros:

Staff were helpful and efficient, good location, great onsite bar/restaurant and had a modern feel. Good sized room and good shower.

Cons:

Room stayed too hot without the a/c on. Mattress a little sunken.

Fantastic bed; excellent breakfast; super friendly check-in; great location within easy walking distance of transport to Sydney, shopping and restaurants; good temperature control in room. Would happily stay here again.

Pros:

The 1-bedroom apartment was laid out well, with a comfortable bed, great spacious bathroom and a short trip to Parliament House.

Cons:

On my first night - Sunday, I purchased the movie package. There were TV issues from day 1 that I required assistance to sort the issue. OM the Monday, I advised the reception to attend to my TV while I was away as the movie section was unavailable. I was unable to see any more movies. Moreover, I requested on 4 occasions someone to attend my room from reception, and after ringing reception no-one came to rectify the situation., I was unable to use the movie package after the first night and also issues getting on to the normal TV.
