Very nice hotel
Pros:

Great location. Great shower. Really firm beds (in the best way).

Not tired like many of the other hotels in Acton.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very comfortable, a good night’s sleep, and very good meals served in the restaurant
Pros:

I like the location of this hotel, it is very close to the shopping mall. The light rail is out the front and an easy walk to the platform to get catch the light rail.

Average compared to when we have previously stayed.
Pros:

The room was well cleaned with good kitchen and beds. Tea and coffee provided.

Cons:

The jets in the spa did not work properly which was disappointing as was a birthday stay. No biscuits or snack provided to have with tea or coffee.

The hotel is well equipped with great eating and drinking locations nearby. Walking distance to Canberra CBD and ANU. Option for buffet breakfast is a handy addition. The gym is fantastic too - one of the better ones in Canberra.

4 night Birthday stay.
Pros:

Being central to everything that we needed. The room was dark and quiet.
Easy parking. They accommodated us with an early check in due to us having appointments.

Perfect location, top rate hotel
Pros:

We came to stay to attend something at the Canberra Theatre. We put the car in the secure park and walked to the theatre and restaurant after. The hotel is in a perfect spot to enjoy CBD shops and restaurants, the theatre and other venues. Our one bedroom apartment was huge, spotlessly clean with super comfortable bed. The unit was really well set up with coffee machine, toaster, washer/dryer. Also had a lounge area with a balcony off, another TV in the bedroom. Downstairs there is plenty of room to sit indoors and outdoors and a very handy bar which is also breakfast room.
Very friendly and efficient staff, a great stay.

Pros:

The staff are so great! They upgraded our room which was just amazing, the apartment is so large and spacious. Good wifi, chrome cast and parking. The location is unmatched, probably my favourite all rounder hotel in Canberra. Can not go wrong staying here.

Cons:

Bed is a very soft and in the bathroom the shower water goes under the shower door and wets the bathroom floor. Not a big issue at all we still had a great sleep and kinda expected in hotel bathrooms so I would still re book and didn’t effect my experience.

Best Accommodation in ACT
Pros:

The location is great with lots of restaurants to choose from and just walking distance to Civic Centre. We booked a room with a spa bath and the room was bigger than we expected, There's a big fridge, coffee machine, washing machine and diswasher as well. Price is very reasonable considering it's location. Highly recommended!!
