Clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was good.
A little bit bland and soulless .
The gym is good.
Buyer be aware! We booked 2 rooms with 2 people in each including breakfast. However on arrival we were told the price only includes one breakfast for each room. The booking process is very misleading as you would expect if you booked for 4 people in 2 rooms you would be paying for 4 breakfasts. The staff were argumentative and rude and would not allow the inclusion of the other 2 breakfasts which we had to pay extra for. Parking is also not included and additional $20 per night-another matter not highlighted when booking. The quilt is like paper and there are no spare blankets or pillows and we were cold in bed. The Rhealm in Canberra does everything better. We won’t back to any Capital Hotel.
The reception staff treated me like I was a potential thief!
My company made the booking via a travel agency and apparently the agency didn't provide an account to charge back, I asked the reception staff to liaise with the travel agency to resolve the issue before my checkout, the staff asked me with an attitude to use my personal credit card as a security and that I need to follow it up with the agency before the checkout!
I had to use my credit card to settle the account at the checkout and I'm still waiting to be refunded.

Decor a bit cold
The bed was very comfortable and room very clean. Had dinner at the Marble and Grain it was delicious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Thought our room could have been a little more spacious given that it had a very large king size bed
We enjoyed our stay. Tidy and clean. Staff were very helpful when item of clothing left behind and arranged to have sent back to NZ!
