Lovely suite and in great location
Pros:

It was in a great location, very clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No tea making facilities and we had to walk through the office to get to our room on the other side, didn’t feel private.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación cerca de Plaza San Marcos y de la zona comercial. Cerca del muelle aunque debe cruzarse un puente con escaleras. Cuenta con ascensor cómodo. La habitación cuádruple es enorme, es un departamento de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, y terraza exclusiva. Si bien no incluye desayuno, había café, algunos comestibles, y agua de cortesía, que se reponían diariamente. La encargada fue muy atenta.

Cons:

Sólo hay encargada de 10 a 18 horas aprox. Fuera de ese horario la atención es por whatsapp y el checkin es por una aplicación, y el hotel parece más un edificio residencial. El precio es bastante elevado. La presión de agua fue siempre baja, llegando a cortarse en algunos momentos, se supone que es normal en Venecia.

Really comfy beds with view of canal from bedrooms
Very friendly helpful staff
Location brillant
Had a fabulous one nite stay in Venice 😊 would def recommend and stay again in the future 😊

Cons:

Shower in one ensuite wasnt draining
Our 2nd room wasnt ready for check in until 3.30. Was supposed to be 2.30
But they had our other room ready earlier when we arrived which was great so we could drop all bags and freshen ourselves up before touring the city.

Friendly staff who does the best to make your stay comfortable

Cons:

Despite how much I liked the idea of accessing the gate and my room through my phone ( using online link not an NFC) I think it might be an issue for some visitors who only have internet access inside hotel when they connect to WiFi. Notice that you are not connected to WiFi before you get inside the hotel which could be an issue opening suites main doors from outside. Of course there is an intercom that you can use to communicate with staff in case of an issue Just saying it won’t be a smooth access to the residence in case there isn’t an internet on ur phone ( by the time I was visiting there was an internet issue in the city , internet connection was unavailable sometimes)

Pros:

If you’re looking for great value accommodation near St.Marks & the Vaporetto/Alilaguna well this is it.
This 3 night trip we booked a canal view suite which was lovely for the extra space. Although the canal view is tiny.
Couldn’t fault our stay this time.
We just love the location, ease of access for the water bus (Vaporetto/Alilaguna), price, quietness & being able to open the front door & our suite door via our mobile phone. Perfecto!

Great location . Helpful staff.
Pros:

The location is very central within easy walking distance to St Marks square and other sights. Location itself is on a quiet square. Also quite a short walk to the nearest vaporetti stop ( only 1 bridge) (10 mins). Or water taxi stop even nearer with no bridge.(4 mins) We had a suite- very spacious and the little room had a single bed so Ideal for myself and my daughter. The room was cleaned every day .
The staff were very helpful especially Lara who helped me a lot when I thought I had lost my wallet- retracing my steps with me. The staff can also book tours for you and water taxis.
You use your smart phone to open the front door and the room using a link they send together with helpful info. on restaurants, Mini fridge with free water.

Cons:

Not in the staff's control but on the other side of the canal we overlooked a building currently being renovated and so there was some noise from 8am. as well as noise from Gondoliers
It would be nice to have glass rather than plastic glasses, There is a coffee machine but not a kettle ( quite common in Italy)

Awesome find close to everything
Pros:

This hotel was fantastic. We got the 2 bedroom family suite. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms, my kids each had their own bed, and the rooftop terrace was a delightful place to start my day with a coffee. The AC was strong and worked great in the heat wave. Wifi worked well. Fridge was cold. Coffee maker and biscuits provided. Only downside was no restaurant (which I knew in advance) and we had trouble finding a breakfast restaurant which had more than pastries. (I know that in Italy they often eat differently for breakfast than the US, but was surprised it was that hard to find someplace with a non pastry breakfast.) would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent location close to main sites but also quiet.
