Die Lage nahe des Markusplatzes ist sehr gut.

Das Personal sehr freundlich und zugänglich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ein langer Schlauch, der zum Teil über eine ehemalige Einangshalle konstruiert wurde. Eines der Fenster war deshalb am Boden. Direkt neben dem Zimmer lag der Wartebereich der Gondeln für eine der größeren Zugangsstellen. Morgens um 8 geht das Geschrei der Gondoliere vor den Fenstern los. Tagsüber viel Bootsverkehr und singende Gondoliere.

Die Bilder in der Beschreibung weichen doch schon von der Wirklichkeit ab. Außerdem recht hellhörig.

Der Zugang zu unserem Zimmer erfolgte durch das Büro und den Aufenthaltsraum der Rezeption. Also ein bisschen Hinterzimmer-Feeling.

Für den Preis ist das nicht ganz so super und wenn man will, kann man sich darüber sicherlich aufregen. Wir waren aber so gut aufgelegt, dass es uns nichts ausgemacht hat.

unbeatable location. wonderful staff. excellent communication.

Cons:

no housekeeping during stay. little cramped for 3 people. right on a main gondola stop, so it can be loud in the morning but worth it for the location.

Incredible location. Staff was very accommodating.
Pros:

Location was great! Also loved the small suite style.

Cons:

Only a couple of notes, our bed was extremely uncomfortable. Need to put some type of non skid in the tub, husband almost fell. This is primarily the reason for the lower rating. Also would recommend a continental breakfast or coffee/tea station?

Genial para alojarse een el centro de Venecia
Pros:

Supercéntrico y muy bien equipado. Limpio y espacioso. Bollería y cafe para desayunar cortesía del alojamiento en la misma habitación, al no haber cafetería. Ubicación excelente al lado de Piazza San Marco

Disappointed + exhausted from endless construction noise

Cons:

I paid €850/night during Biennale for a room facing a construction site, noise all day starting at 7am. Has been going for 2yrs and likely another 2 yrs! Before my arrival, I did ask about noise, they said «nice quiet room. » Also I had a room with « canal view» but that really means « view of huge wall with construction scaffolding and if u bend over window, you can get a glimpse of tiny Canal. » honestly, I feel robbed!

Great location and views of the gondolas
Pros:

Location was great. Loved the sitting area in the suite where we could watch the gondolas arrive and depart even though it was a little noisy at times. We had asked for single beds before we arrived and this had been arranged on our arrival. The welcome was warm and the staff were very friendly. Excellent communication.

Cons:

One minor issue, the tv was in a fixed position so we couldn’t see it from the beds and we couldn’t get it to work anyway, maybe would have been better placed in the sitting area of the suite.

Très propres et bien entretenus avec une insonorisation excellente. Une décoration typique sans êtres trop chargé.
