Much attention given to safety features
No English TV channel.
Room was small to the extreme. You could not have had a normal size suitcase with you.
Breakfast room is a bit strange. Why not downstairs where the restaurant is?
One morning the coffee machine didn't work and there was no back up. You'd think, a hotel of that size would have a second coffee machine...
The lack of car parking was a little awkward, but manageable
The room was a little cold with summer-time settings in the air-conditioning in autumn-time outside temperatures;) However, we were able to get a separate heater, so in the end it was OK
Absolutely perfect from any point of view: location, building, design, rooms, comfort, facilities, cleanness, and of course staff, I loved everything so much, one of my very fav stays ❤️❤️
Very good city centre location. Restaurant, good food, drink and food selection and very good service. Excellent brewery restaurant/ pub in a few hundred metres. Sokos are a good chain, high standards.

Ligging in Turku
Suurepärane hommikusöök, ülimalt mugav voodi, vaikne tuba, kõik oli väga hästi. Ja seda peab ka ütlema, et nii lahket personali kui Sokos hotellides, kohtab harva ning ka seekord polnud erand.
All around just a great hotel! Perfect location, very nice and helpful staff. Room was very modern and whole interior of the hotel was beautiful. Also big bonus for the breakfast!! It was delicious and since there were few separate areas to eat in it was quiet and lovely to spend time in the morning. ;)
Chambre confortable, litterie de bonne qualité, sauna et salle de gym. Excellent petit déjeuner. Localisation idéale.
