Fantastic customer service. I really value that small interaction. Breakfast staff were great, the friendly greeting was very appreciated.
I loved my room, very elegant and well designed. The bathroom was fantastic, loved the shower, I wish I had those heated floors in my house. Mattresses was good. Gym was cool and sauna was very enjoyable

Cons:

Pillow was fairly soft, plus that giant multi colour cushion pillow was unnecessary. Since I had a double bed it felt pretty unusual to have a duvet fit for a single. Oh you could mention that the coffee pods are complimentary and not part of the 50 euro pre authorisation for the minibar

Fantastic place, cozy and great service in the heart of Turku
Pros:

Fantastic room, good TV easy to connect to with other device to stream your own things. Bed was fantastic with good bedlinen. Breakfast was fantastic just as promised.

Cons:

The building could have a bit more windows, all though the ambiance from not having so much natural light also makes it quite special :)

Pros:

Tyylikäs ja rauhallinen hotelli erittäin palvelualttiilla henkilökunnalla. Mukava sänky, hyvät suihkut ja sauna. Illallinen ja aamupala olivat laadukkaita. Huone oli hyvin varusteltu.
