Apart from food from their restaurant (no veg food available), its a nice place to stay.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. View was nice too. Best part was its proximity to Fansipan Legend, restaurants, markets and The Rong May Bridge. Saved us time in commuting. Indian restaurants were far though (10 minute drivable distance). Washroom was clean though it could have been better. Nothing much to complain. Staff was warm and courteous. Shall definitely recommend it to others.

Cons:

Their restaurant did not have many veg options. Infact, there were just fruits and bread and marmalade/ butter. Breakfast was included in our stay but we could not really enjoy it much.

We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was magnificent. The view from the cafe is also great. Walking distance to Sapa station.

Camera molto carina. Balcone ma la vista era inesistente (lato sbagliato). Colazione così così, quasi nulla di internazionale. Staff molto gentile e accogliente.

Cons:

Le scale per arrivare alla struttura. Dalla città per tornare su sei sempre costretto a prendere un taxi.

Superbly Located in the Centre of Sapa
Pros:

The location in the centre of Sapa couldn't have been better. The room was spacious with a generous balcony. Staff spoke excellent English and were extremely attentive.

Cons:

Our shower leaked. Coffee maker in breakfast room didn't work well.

отличный обзор на главную площадь, высокий этаж, приятно находиться на балконе номера. персонал отеля дружелюбный и приятный в общении. завтрак хороший. нам помогли с ранним заселением — это большой плюс!

Cons:

на третий день пребывания понимаешь, что на главной площади достаточно громко по вечерам, поэтому берите беруши и это не будет минусом.
в номере на третий день появился запах из раковины в ванной.

Comfortable and great location.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. It's nearby restaurants, marts, shops, and sun plaza. The bed was also comfortable, we were able to sleep easily after a long day of adventure. The staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet was also good, they have a lot to offer.

Cons:

Only the AC in our room was not working properly, but it didn't matter much due to the cold weather.
