отличный обзор на главную площадь, высокий этаж, приятно находиться на балконе номера. персонал отеля дружелюбный и приятный в общении. завтрак хороший. нам помогли с ранним заселением — это большой плюс!

Cons:

на третий день пребывания понимаешь, что на главной площади достаточно громко по вечерам, поэтому берите беруши и это не будет минусом.
в номере на третий день появился запах из раковины в ванной.

Comfortable and great location.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. It's nearby restaurants, marts, shops, and sun plaza. The bed was also comfortable, we were able to sleep easily after a long day of adventure. The staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet was also good, they have a lot to offer.

Cons:

Only the AC in our room was not working properly, but it didn't matter much due to the cold weather.

Pros:

The cleanliness of the room was remarkable and staff were welcoming. Reception staff Dung is awesome. She helped us changing return ticket and gave us guidance for travel.

Cons:

The balcony door latch wasn’t working and the room door needed minor fixation.
