Overall good room, poor dining experience.
Pros:

Clean comfortable room.

Cons:

Booked a meal for 9 people and in short it was a very unpleasant experience
Meal took 80 minutes to arrive, the fish was raw and still put on our bill
We asked to speak to the manager and were met with a very hostile lady who was defensive even although we politely tried to explain our frustration
We left after our mains although we had planned to spend the evening there
The worst dining experience all 9 of us have ever had.

We enjoyed it but disappointed that we could not swim.
Pros:

It was very clean and well decorated

Cons:

We were very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed as that is the reason we booked this particular hotel. We could have stayed other places which would have been considerably cheaper but we wanted to swim.

Expensive for what it is. Could be better
Pros:

Good location. Coffee on site. Gym on site. Great bed!

Cons:

Restaurant wasn’t up to much. The manager at dinner was arsey, after waiting 20 mins to get noticed for a table. Others walked away and left.
TV didn’t work in the room.
