Great location and the public areas are stylish and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and the room was large. There was a coffee machine in the room which was great.
Tried to order room service but the system refused to take payment and suggested I go down to reception to pay which would have defeated the purpose of room service. There was no remote for the tv and the loo didn’t flush.
Large comfy room
Lack of towels, bathrobe and slippers. Unable to order room service as could only be added to the room.
Bed was comfy. Enough space for my luggage; Breakfast was buffet style and it was ok.
Sink was blocked and would not drain when I arrived, Loo was constantly running water - both fixed by staff (I'd have preferred a different room)
The gym and swim facilities were great.
We were staying at the hotel as part of a group of 8 attending an event nearby. We asked upon check in for a table for 8 to be booked for dinner at 7:30pm. The member of staff failed to pass our booking onto the restaurant. Upon our arrival at dinner we were advised there was no booking for us and there was no longer space within the bar/restaurant. We were shown to a table in “Starbucks” where we received 2 menus between 8 of us. Our food arrived after a 45 minute wait and one of the plates of food had two hairs in it. As you can imagine we were all just past it at this point.
My Partner and I paid extra for a club room. The room was large however very bare with very few plug sockets. The bed sheet had stains on it. The dressing table was also the coffee station and everything in between. The sky on the TV was constantly buffering so was rather pointless. There was no obvious extractor fan in the bathroom. Due to this our room constantly steamed up whenever the shower was on, so much so that the water was running off the window.
Good facilities.
Very poor staff service. Hotel not clean. Breakfast was so bad I actually went to Starbucks on the last day instead.
Staff and facilities were amazing.
The room next door had a party from 9pm until at least 3am. Both myself and my 5 year old son booked a night away for a treat and we were kept awake most of the night.
