The property is beautiful

Cons:

The gym poolside staff were not very friendly, and their communication came across as unprofessional. Their choice of words and overall attitude could be improved with additional customer service and PR training to create a more welcoming experience for members.

Good could be excellent
Pros:

Fairly long term resident, I shouldn’t have to request room cleaning, towel change etc the staff ste fully aware of booking duration on check in. Free parking is a good option but the sign posts should declare this, I wasted £10 on first arrival which I didn’t need to pay.

Did exactly what it said on the tin and I would stay there again without a second thought.
Pros:

Clean, AC room, comfy bed. Excellent breakfast, welcoming staff at reception and excellent breakfast crew, very efficient.
