Pros:

The pool facilities were excellent and very clean. Room was large,very clean and bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was quite expensive, so did not expect to pay for parking. Also there is a charge if you want to use the pool ,which is not made clear on booking. Breakfast was fair,but could be better. Location not good if you have no transport.

Room itself very good. Very comfortable.
Pros:

It was located well for my particular needs on this trip.

Cons:

The hotel part of the business seems a little lost in the chaos of a gym, restaurant, gaming venue and whatever else is going on the overall complex, located in a business park. There did not seem to be a clear focus on serving the needs of hotel guests.
Also: Surprised to receive an additional bill for parking after I checked out. I assume that was for a friend who visited during part of my stay? It seemed a little mean-spirited.

Not as good a standard az in previous visits.
Cons:

Breakfast overpriced and not always hot. Took long time for replacements to arrive.
Room Only 1 set of towels provided although we had booked as a couple. Had to leave the room to ask for additional set. No one at the desk and could not find a staff member to help. Eventually someone came to the desk.
Bed had a hard mattress.

Probably need to use the SPA and/or gym to appreciate the hotel fully.
Pros:

When I reported issues on arrival, the ones that could be quickly sorted were. The staff were very friendly. The hotel looks quite new and I think the SPA and gym would have bene lovely if we'd been able to take advantage of it.

Cons:

There was only one bath towel in the room, the kettle didn't work and almost burned my hand, and the USB ports don't work. The room was basic with no tea other than plain black tea, no bottles of water and no shower cap. The bar is also expensive. Also didn't think I'd need to pay for parking as a resident.

A satisfactory stay, though the rooms feel dated and the housekeeping process could be improved.
Pros:

A good, comfortable stay overall. Friendly staff, decent facilities, and a convenient option for a short visit to Aberdeen. Nothing outstanding, but a pleasant experience and I would consider staying again.

Cons:

The room and bathroom felt a little dated and could benefit from refurbishment. I would also suggest adding a fridge to the rooms, particularly for guests staying multiple nights. My biggest frustration was the housekeeping process. I was unaware that rooms are not cleaned daily unless requested. If this is the hotel's policy, it should be clearly communicated at check-in. Having to ask for my room to be cleaned during my stay was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel experience.

Very poor domestic service
Pros:

Comfortable beds

Cons:

Our room was not serviced even once in 3 night stay despite my request after first night. I hung the cleaning request card on the door every day. I have to keep collecting towels, coffee and milk sachets and even toilet rolls from the reception night staff. Very poor service.
