Ubicación perfecta para ir a Malapascua
Pros:

Hotel ideal si quieres coger luego un transporte para Malapascua. La estación de autobuses está en la acera de enfrente y también ahí encontrarás Vans compartidas y taxis privados para ir al puerto de Maya. El hotel es súper cómodo y tiene un centro comercial enorme al lado para echar la tarde y cenar.

Location is good for bus terminal plus sm mall

Cons:

I wanted a early breakfast but staff turned up late and so the dinning room opened 15 minutes late.
all the staff put on makeup for another 20 minutes even the men.??
had to wait for eggs to be brought out.
And when they came out they looked like they had been cooked a long time ago.

Plus cockrouches over the food no staff about when I left dining room.

a manager needs to overseeing these problems

Great Stay
Pros:

I like that it has a free breakfast and the location is close to every thing. I was with this hotel for the nth time. Whenever were in Cebu it's our to go to hotel.

Around 5 years ago, I stayed in this hotel and was very disappointed. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t working, fixture
Pros:

The proximity to SM, the breakfast buffet, the helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Loved the hot shower.

Cons:

The Wifi connection was not good. It kept getting disconnected. I hope you fix this problem because it is important for travelers to have access to good WiFi connection.

Pros:

The staff at the door were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Easy access to 7-11 next door 24h. Close to North Bus Terminal. Also close to SM City for shopping and food options. Breakfast was ok for the price, and the breakfast room served its purpose. Tables by the window were nice!

Cons:

The Check-in was un-organized and slow, the staff looked bored and the whole process took loooong time... Not what you are looking for after a days travel... Unfortunately they were not able to meet our bed request ..
