exceptional hospitality experience.
Pros:

From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive and always ready to help, making you feel truly welcome throughout your stay. Their kindness and personal approach create a wonderful atmosphere and turn the entire experience into something truly special and memorable. It is the kind of hospitality that stays with you long after you leave.

A great selection of fresh, high-quality products. The freshly squeezed orange juice is excellent, and the Greek yoghurt with honey, granola and dried fruits from the self-service buffet is definitely worth trying.

Cons:

This is purely a matter of personal taste and by no means intended as criticism. With such a beautiful pool and the stunning views over the sea, I personally feel that a relaxed Beach Club-style playlist would complement the setting and atmosphere even better than the current R&B selection. Something with a laid-back, summery Mediterranean vibe would, in my opinion, make an already wonderful poolside experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Jammern auf hohem Niveau....bei der Paarmassage waren angrenzend im Schwimmbad die anwesenden Personen etwas laut....die Masseure haben dies zwar kundgetan, allerdings änderte sich nicht viel...aber wie erwähnt...jammern auf hohem Niveau.

What sets this hotel apart is the people. The customer service is exceptional, and the friendliness of the entire team, from reception to the restaurant staff, was consistent from the first to the last day. You feel looked after without ever being fussed over.
The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection and great quality. The rooms are beautiful, well designed and comfortable, and the overall infrastructure of the resort (pool area, spa, restaurants) is top notch.

Cons:

Two small points: the gym could be a bit larger, and the daily housekeeping sticks to the essentials rather than a full refresh. Neither took anything away from our stay.
All in all, an absolutely recommendable hotel. We will definitely be coming back.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the coastal view was splendid. The breakfast was high-end, varied, tasty, and well-served. I would definitely stay at the Amazon Resort on a future visit.

Un séjour exceptionnel !

L’hôtel Amazon est tout simplement incroyable, aussi beau que sur les photos, voire encore plus magnifique en réalité. La vue sur le coucher de soleil depuis l’hôtel est absolument fabuleuse, et le restaurant offre un panorama à couper le souffle.

Le personnel est également exceptionnel : chaleureux, attentionné et toujours à l’écoute de nos demandes. Malgré le fait que nous ne parlions pas très bien anglais, ils ont toujours été patients, compréhensifs et ont fait leur maximum pour nous aider.

Pour notre dernière nuit, nous avons eu la très belle surprise d’être surclassés dans la suite lune de miel. Ce geste nous a énormément touchés et a parfaitement conclu notre séjour.

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cet hôtel et nous n’avons absolument rien à redire. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est délicieux, avec énormément de choix et des produits de qualité.

Habitués aux hôtels 5 étoiles, nous pouvons clairement dire que celui-ci fait partie de nos meilleures expériences. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
