The sunset view from the room was incredible, couldn't have been better. The room was nice and clean. The hotel front of house staff were keen to organise things for you if you wanted. Taxis were readily available upon request. Breakfast was decent, lots of options to choose from and also went until 11am for late risers.
Mykonos is very commercial and so is this hotel - immediately upon arrival we were asked if we wanted to upgrade our room but for a price to be paid only in cash (notwithstanding that we were on honeymoon there, which went unacknowledged). For a hotel charging c. €600/night (after discount), this was a bit tasteless. We felt the value for money was a bit lacking in parts. The television was a basic television; no smart TV in the room. The shower did not seem to have a cold/lukewarm option, only various degrees of hot. When you placed a "do not disturb" sign on the door, the cleaners still cleaned immediately outside your room and banged their brooms against your door. We also had an incident with staff accidentally trying to bring other guests into our room and fully opening our door (though we did receive an apology call for this). Taxis that the hotel uses bring you to designated drop off points, rather than your specific requested location, which is possibly standard in Mykonos, but they don't tell you that in advance so we were left a 10 minute walk from our dinner reservation on our first night. After we left, the hotel specifically asked via WhatsApp for us to give a 10/10 review, which in hindsight made us think that some of the ratings are artificially elevated rather than organically driven.

Absolutely perfect. Without a doubt, the best vacation we have ever had.
We arrived with our children and, before coming, we were a little worried that there might not be enough for them to do. We were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel turned out to be incredibly family-friendly, with plenty of options for the kids, and the entire team was wonderful with them. They were warm, attentive and genuinely made our children feel welcome and happy throughout the stay.
The hotel itself is in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location, while still being conveniently close to the airport, the city, and beautiful organized beaches. The views are simply breathtaking.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. It is genuinely exceptional and, in our experience, among the best we have ever received. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, warm, and attentive. They made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. Our room was large, spacious, comfortable, and extremely pleasant.
The breakfast was excellent, the hotel restaurant was genuinely very good, and the pool was absolutely perfect.
Most importantly, there is a wonderful feeling throughout the entire property. You can feel that the team genuinely cares about their guests and wants them to have an amazing experience.
We loved every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation.
10/10 does not feel like enough. Highly, highly recommended! ❤️

Rooms are great, swimming pool is top notch, sunset view is the best on the island.
Service is amazing as Danai is just exceptional.

Spa could have a sauna & the steam room should be included. They charge an extra €60 per person to use the stream room, that didn’t make sense for us.
