The staff was amazing, the service levels beyond expectations, a dash of personal touch in every thing the staff did.

An excellent property from the warm welcome to the heart-warming see-off; truly special from start to finish. Beautiful views, amazing rooms and impeccable hygiene. They arranged special room décor along with welcome and midnight cake surprises that made our celebration unforgettable.

The JW Café team was wonderful, super warm hospitality, excellent food variety and service. Anas (@officialpahadibal), the live singer, was an absolute delight to watch perform. The hi-tea was equally great, with live music, snacks, refreshments and a fun housie arrangement that the whole family enjoyed.

The property has some incredible photo spots and breathtaking views throughout. Room service and all other services were prompt and extremely helpful.

Special thanks to Shoaib for helping with our bookings, and Abhishek, who was our main point of contact and went above and beyond. Gurmeet helped beautifully with our birthday dinner arrangements and décor. Raunak and team took wonderful care at dinner of our whole group. The JW Café team: Ashish, Chandni, Raunak, Dhananjay, Rajatava and others; the front desk team: Aditya, Raunit, Simran, Parth and others all took excellent care of us throughout our stay.

Overall, a phenomenal experience. We loved every moment of it!

We loved everything about this property and its services. Everything was just great. Would like to thank Priyanka Rana (Resort Experience Manager), whose team checked us in and as a very special gesture she had our room decorated for the special birthday celebration of our daughter, with a very personalised birthday card for her. She even helped us in putting in the extra bed.
Also had very friendly interactions with the executive chef Mr Amandeep at their Teppan restaurant and Sous chef Mr. Love at JW Cafe. They both took good care of us in their restaurants. Love in fact made a dish specially for us at their buffet.
Overall everyone was very customer friendly and made us feel at home! Would definitely like to visit again.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott on 18-06-26 and had an absolutely splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was truly everything , from the luxurious rooms to the serene ambience throughout the property.

Had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this beautiful property. Enjoyed dinners at Trout and Oriental cuisine. Special appreciation for Hose Keeping Executive Mr Abhishek Chamoli, who promptly and happily arranged to find my iPhone charger left behind, and arranged to courier it to me in Mumbai. This luxury property has its own class and lives you wid lifetime memories of mesmerising surroundings and hospitality. we had dinner at The Trout, had one of d best trout fish, staffs are very helping, chef shiva from the Trout stands out with his smile and hospitality, Abhishek from front office were so helpful, its was my wife birthday and they sent us cake for it, dey all made our day. 🍻🍻🍻🍻

It was really an awesome experience and all the staff members were loving, caring and proactive… we as a family one of the most memorable times. Thanks to Shailendra Singh as well for regularly checking if we needed anything and he ensured that all was in order..

We had the most relaxed and memorable time at this hotel. I am personally so impressed with the outstanding hospitality and excellent services provided. The staff is extremely polite, courteous and go out of their way to help the guests. The hotel is very clean and has excellent amenities. I can’t wait to visit with my family again! I particularly want to mention two members of the staff- Abhishek and Shailendra. I am blown away by their attention to detail and honesty. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, utmost sincerity and promptness in locating an item of sentiment value which I had accidentally misplaced. Staff members like them leave an everlasting impression, making the trip to Mussoorie a cherished memorable holiday!

The location of the property is amazing with a very lively vibe. The evenings with live music is a great experience. The rooms are specious, neat and tidy with a beautiful Mountain View. The staff named Shiv, Antara, Deeplata, Luv, Ekta, to name a few were wonderful and very hospitable. Keep it up guys!!

I have booked birthday room decoration from Ms Riya , I Must Say she has done a great job, The Decoration was so good and Cake was super delicious.
