El trato de las dos chicas que me atendieron en recepción. Muy amables y solícitas. Se ha de tener en cuenta que, al menos una de ellas, atiende el bar y la recepción al mismo tiempo y en ambos es igual de amable. La habitación era muy correcta y la cama, cómoda. Todo estaba limpio. El desayuno fue excelente, con tortilla, huevos fritos, embutidos, mermeladas, cereales, yogur, pastas, café Nespresso... Muy completo. La piscina me encantó, se está supertranquilo y el agua limpia. La ubicación del Hotel también es muy buena, lugar muy cercano al lago. Por relación calidad - precio, tranquilidad, comodidad, trato y ubicación me parece una excelente opción para pasar unos dias en Banyoles. Eso sí, para personas sin pretensiones ni tonterías.
