Leider keine gute Wahl
Pros:

Hier gibt es leider wenig zu loben. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen und das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel selbst (zumindest das Haus, in dem sich unser Appartment befand) ist jedoch in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Die angeblichen 4* und die Fotos auf booking.com haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Alles ist alt, halb kaputt und unsauber. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir dafür auch noch eine zuvor nirgends erwähnte Kaution hinterlegen. Insgesamt wirkte alles sehr unprofessionell und wir können dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Good stay, great breakfast, expensive parking.
Pros:

Room was quite comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Quiet location.

Cons:

Communication with the man who greeted us was a bit difficult. I'm not sure if he was the manager or owner but although his English was adequate, he did not explain anything about our room and facilities.
I was asked to pay £150 on my card as a deposit. We had already paid for the room & breakfast through Booking.com. It wasn't until we were back home that I realised that the parking charge of £29 was taken from the deposit. but the rest was not taken. This should have been explained to me, as it worried me whether too much money had been taken from my card.

Fab. Have booked again for next month.
Pros:

Nice quiet location but within a short 15min walk to the city centre. Lovely breakfast. Lots of choice. Nice dining area in the Hotel cafe which is very close to the rooms. The lady Hotel Manager was lovely, friendly & v. informative. Gave us good ocal info about city ,university & sightseeing.

Cons:

Could have done with a mirror in the bedroom. As we did a family share & my daughter & myself were competing for the bathroom mirror.
Also aircon unit worked v. well but as it was cited over our bed it dripped water on my husband. Could do with a drip tray under to catch it or be positioned elsewhere.More pillows would have been appreciated.

Pros:

Tiene excelente ubicación, es muy tranquilo el lugar y el personal es muy amable. El personal siempre está en comunicación antes y durante la estancia. Puedes caminar al centro y acceder a dos cuadras a una parada de autobús.

Pros:

Es la segunda vez que me hospedó allí. Tiene excelente ubicación, es muy tranquilo el lugar y el personal es muy amable. Además el desayuno es riquísimo. Puedes caminar al centro de la ciudad y muy cerca (a dos cuadras de encuentra parada de autobús)

Ubicacion era la esperada, en un baño tranquilo. Se recomienda reservar cochera como hicimos nosotros

El apartamento que reservamos hace muchos meses no tenia las prestaciones contratadas, a saber: caja fuerte, lavavajillas, secadora y aire acondicionado. Ademas el estado de la unidad era mala: baño con pisos de plastico arrugado, el espejo del tocador estaba sobre el inodoro, el agua caliente se cortaba frecuentemente, la lavadora de ropa hacia temblar toda la cocina. Justo estuvimos a fines de mayo con la ola de calor en Inglaterra, lo que hacia el apartamento irrespirable sin a/c. Hicimos el reclamos desde el primer dia, pero el personal de recepcion si bien agradable, no era apto para resolver la situacion. Nos informaron que el gerente estaba de vacaciones. Lo unico rescatable es que, ante nuestra insistencia, el ultimo dia de los 3 de estadia nos dieron dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado para poder dormir decentemente. Claramente porque la ocupacion del hotel habia bajado mucho ese dia. Jamas vivimos una experiencia como esta en los muchos años que viajamos.

Quite a good food, however tables and chairs are not very comfy.

Cons:

Cleanness at a whole hotel was bad. Dirty windows, dirty carpet, dirty net linen, at it is not all. Furthemore, we found a mold between tiles in bathroom and airconditioning in bathroom was out of order.

Hotel ubicado cerca del centro, en un barrio encantador
Pros:

Es un hotel pequeño, ubicado cerca del centro en un barrio bonito y muy tranquilo. La habitación es muy cómoda y el desayuno está muy bien. No es barato, pero dentro de los valores de Oxford está muy bien.
