Pros:

Bra läge, fina rum och trevlig pool. Dock ingen bubbelpool :(

Cons:

Maten som ingick var inte bra. Kokt kött utan smak och kycklingklubbor var det som erbjöds. Tyvärr blev även en av oss matförgiftade sista kvällen vilket inte var ett roligt avslut på vistelsen.

Morgenmaden var i orden, og svarede til forventningerne, men dog ikke noget ekstraordinært.

Cons:

Rengøringen var dårlig. Der blev ikke gjort rent under opholdet - kun skiftet håndklæder, fjernet affald og ordnet senge m.m. Hotellet er generelt en smule slidt, men dog stadig fint.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and were very pleased with it. The hotel is clean, cosy and has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious . I’d particularly like to mention the amazing massage – it was a real treat after a busy day. I’d also like to thank the reception staff: they were very friendly and always ready to help. A special thank you also goes to Vladislav at reception. His responsiveness and willingness to help made our stay much more comfortable. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness and genuine desire to help guests! We’d love to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Cons:

one minor criticism: the small tea cups (there were only coffee cups) which was a bit of a nuisance😔

Pros:

The location was perfect and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes along the river. The deluxe room was very spacious and large bathroom as well. Very quiet room and friendly staff. Really enjoyed my stay here. Also loved the pool area (there's an outdoor areas for sunbathing) and the sauna!

Empfehlenswert / Gern wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Schon der Check-In war unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war um 12 Uhr schon fertig zum Einzug. Durch das frühzeitige Erscheinen bekamen wir noch einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Blick zur Straße. Im Preis war Halbpension und ein Wellness Detox Paket inkludiert.
Die Spa Termine standen zur Ankunft schon fest. Gut organisiert. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war lecker und mehr als reichhaltig. Da ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Parkplatz für 25€ / Nacht. Habe ich aber vorher gewußt. Das Zimmer hatte eine Badewanne statt separater Dusche. Auch nicht so schlimm.

Pros:

Perfektně umístěný hotel prakticky vedle Karlovarského městského divadla a Vřídla. Má širokou nabídku wellness služeb a pěkný, i když chladnější bazén. Snídaně jsou rozmanité, není problém si vybrat.

Cons:

Zařízení hotelu je trochu zastaralé. Hodnocení rozhodně sráží nefungující "maličkosti": v pokoji jsme měli zásuvku vytrženou ze zdi (to už je tam minimálně rok), v sauně je jedna ze sprch nefunkční, narazili jsme i na nefunkční splachování u záchodu. Pokud to hotel nezačne urgentně řešit, tak se to tam začne sypat ve velkém.
U jedné snídaně se kuchařům opravdu nepovedly malé lívanečky - dalo by se s nimi driblovat, ale ukousnout se nedaly.
