Ideales Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Alles wie beschrieben, toller Pool und Sauna. Recht gutes Frühstück, Fantastische Lage mitten in der Stadt. Die freundliche Bedienung im Restaurant.

Cons:

Die Rühreiqualität ist ausbaufähig, Die mangelnde Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption.

Extremely disappointing service – would not recommend
Cons:

My stay at Dvorak Spa & Wellness was seriously affected by the unacceptable behaviour of a receptionist. She refused to respond to my question in English, behaved dismissively when I switched to Russian, and even refused to provide her name when asked.

I submitted a formal complaint to the hotel’s management and escalated it to the Axxos Hotels group. Unfortunately, there has been absolutely no response or reaction to either my original complaint or my escalation. This lack of accountability is just as disappointing as the incident itself.

I strongly advise against staying here if you want to enjoy your holiday without having your mood ruined by rude staff and indifferent management.

Poloha hotelu, klid, čistota, bazén.

Cons:

Hučení vzduchotechniky na pokoji nonstop. Horší výběr i kvalita jídla na večeři. Hotel má již nejlepší za sebou, nelze do nekonečna jen udržovat původní zařízení..

Laute Klimaanlage,die noch dazu kaputt war.Das Abendbüffet war schlimmer als Großküche. Teilweise kalt,ungewürtzt und nicht schön hergerichtet.Fahrstühle für Gebehinderte viel zu eng,Anzeigen defekt.

Wir haben 600,€ bezahlt, Halbpension, für drei Nächte. In dem Zustand wie das Hotel ist, keine Spa Infos, tut das Geld e

Es ist super Zentral. Wir haben alles ohne unser Auto erreicht. Tolle Aussicht aus dem Fenster (kein Balkon gehabt). Zimmer schön groß, roch nicht unangenehm. Matratzen, Kissen und Decken super. Großer Kühlschrank, Platz im Schrank für Proviant. Badetücher und Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Essen war Okey, Frühstück immer das gleiche, aber viel zur Auswahl. Abendessen jeden Tag was Neues (hatten Halbpension). Kaffe und süße Getränke so viel man möchte.

Cons:

Es ist echt sehr renovierungsbedürftig.
Unangenehme Flecken an den Wänden, Teppiche und Gardinen. Kein Fenster im Klo, und Abzugshaube war kaputt. Sauna sehr klein, vieles kaputt (Verletzungsgefahr)und sehr veraltet. Dampfsauna war richtig ekelhaft, dieser Geruch dadrin unerträglich! Menschen hielten sich nicht an die Saunaregeln, man ist einfach raus ohne es ausgiebige nutzen zu können. Keiner der mal zur Kontrolle reinkommt.
Die Anwendungen wie Masagen usw. Konnten wir nicht nutzen, keine Flyer keine Infos wo sich was befindet, welche Prozeduren angeboten werden, alles versteckt um die Ecke. Mussten selbst erfragen und erforschen. War uns dann leider auch nicht mehr danach.

Bardzo przyjemnie.
Pros:

Idealna lokalizacja w samym centrum, wszędzie blisko, bardzo wygodnie (mimo że widać, że lata świetności hotel ma już za sobą), śniadania smaczne (może poza kawą). Udało się zaparkować na górnym parkingu hotelu jednak szkoda, że nie można wcześniej rezerwować miejsc. Fajny basen z krystaliczną wodą i miła obsługa.
