Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage. Sehr geräumige Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal im Restaurant.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation in unserem Fall sehr schlecht.
Uns würde mitgeteilt, daß der Parkplatz gesperrt ist. Nachdem wir unser Auto in nachstgelegenem Parkhaus abgestellt haben und zurück zum Hotel sind( für ältere Personen sehr steil und schlecht) sehen wir wie das Personal Hotelgäste auf dem Hotelparkplatz einweisst. In laufe unseres Aufenthaltes füllte sich der Parkplatz weiter. Auf Anfrage warum wir nicht dort parken können, wurden wir schroff abgewiesen von der Rezeption.

Нам очень понравился отель, хотя мы останавливались здесь и не в первый раз. Отзывчивый и приветливый персонал. Завтраки превзошли все ожидания. Большой, уютный и чистый номер. Месторасположения отличное.

Super Aussicht. Super Lage.

Cons:

Essen eintönig. Die zur Wahl stehenden Gerichte werden viel zu lange warm gehalten. Nachtisch langweilig. Kuchen schmeckt wie Fertigkuchen.

Расположение отеля отличное: тихое место и близость к минеральным источникам воды, что очень важно для здоровья и является основной целью приезда в этот удивительный город. Мы с супругой брали завтрак и ужин и были очень этим довольны. Разнообразная еда, приготовленная профессионально, полезно и вкусно. Большое спасибо поварам. Сотрудники ресторана и персонал отеля отлично справлялись со своей работой, при этом были уважительны. Номер был красивый, просторный и чистый. Большой плюс отеля — это теплый чистый бассейн с террасой, где мы могли загорать, и две сауны.

Большое спасибо отелю, приедем еще.

Vies hotel met vreselijk eten.

Het zwembad en
de ligging was ok.

Cons:

Een heel vies hotel, vloerbekleding heel vuil, liften vies. Lift ging ook heel snel dicht en kregen de lift tegen ons hoofd, war pijn deed. Het eten was heel slecht, ontbijt was niet lekker, confituur bleef gewoon geel de dag staan, eieren waren vies gebakken, soek op een hoop gebakken zodat allen buitenkant van de hoop te eten was. Diner waren gekookte pakjes waar vlees in lag. Bed was heel hard, matras op een houten box. Geen 4 sterren waardig. We waren vies en hebben bijna niks gegeten. Echt een verschrikking. De eerste keer dat we zo´n negatieve ervaring hebben met booki g. Een compensatie zou op zijn plaats zijn.

Prima maar ietwat onpersoonlijk hotel op uitstekende locatie. Ruime kamer met balkon en uitzicht op de rivier en de (mooie) stad. Dagelijks live pianomuziek in de bar.

Cons:

Douche/bad was dermate krap dat alles drijfnat werd. Piano heeft dringend een stembeurt nodig...
