Hotel was very clean and it was great having staff on reception 24 hours per day.
Building going on over the road and some noise. Also the shower should have a curtain around it, as everytime.you had a shower it wet the entire bathroom.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s one of my go to places. The location is very central so lots of ways to get where you need to go and many food options. It has been very good value most times. A shout out to the extra effort they put in to recognising I had stayed with them 5 times with a handwritten card, a free gift and an upgrade. Very comfortable beds, excellent wifi. Reception is friendly. Kitchenette has everything you need including a decent amount of crockery. Two bathrooms also a real benefit.
As with many of the newer hotels, the rooms are smaller than my favourite hotels but they are well designed to maximise space. Oddly though in the two bedroom apartment I had they had two single beds organised in such a way the door didn’t close. As I was only one person it didn’t matter but was a bit strange.
The location, bed was comfy and we had plenty of privacy
The basin in the bathroom felt dirty and needs replacing. The toilet doesn’t have a strong enough flush and we found this frustrating.
