Location is good.
Real close to lake .
Clean and friendly.
A great position near the Lake.
The hotel staff were all friendly and greeted us. They usually open doors, too, but sometimes forget. Not that I needed it, but it felt inconsistent, especially if the staff is visibly present.
The elevator didn't have AC, so it can be stuffy. And there is only 1, so sometimes need to wait.
The location was great. Just a few steps from Hoan Kiem lake. Mornings are bustling with vendor activities nearby, which I love.
Be wary of restaurants close to it, they are not that great. Make sure you see lots of Vietnamese customers before going in.
Lots of massages nearby, too, prices are not so bad for touristy area, and staff are always friendly.
Overall not impressed with breakfast options & tastes. I added the option in case my kids were lazy to go out & about. But if I were solo, I would save the money and eat out.

Very clean hotel located in the heart of the Old Quarter. The buffet breakfast was very good with a wide selection of everything including delicious fresh fruits.
The extra bed we requested was very firm and too hard to sleep comfortably.
Location was right at tourist area. Many vendors selling stuff that’s fun to see in the early morning. Many people exercising at the lake.
Lots of massages to choose from.
Only one Elevator and didn’t have air conditioning.
