L'accueil, même s'il n'était pas égal à l'ensemble du personnel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein cœur du vieux quartier d'hanoi. La qualité des petits déjeuners.
RAS
Placé à deux pas du lac Hoan Kiêm. Très agréable le week-end quand la circulation est interdite. C'est alors le calme absolu. Partout il y a des restaurants, des salons de massage, des agences de tourisme où on peut laisser son linge à laver. La chambre est très bien et très propre. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas varié, mais bien situé au 11ème étage d'où on a une belle vue. L'unique ascenseur est rapide. Il y a un roof bar très agréable d'où on peut voir le lac tout en buvant sa bière. Ouvert jusqu'à 23h.
Il n'y a pas de grand lobby.

The location about 100m to the lake in the Old Quarter is terrific, quiet & convenient. Terrific breakfast with plenty of hot & cold choices, selection of fresh fruits etc. Staff very helpful and polite. Great shower, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, bar fridge works well, decent sized rooms
With the hot weather it would have been nice to have a top bed sheet instead of heavy doona (personal preference- not reflection on hotel) Otherwise couldn’t fault our lengthy stay here.

The room was spacious.it was city facing.so small shops and food joints , roads and everything was visible from the room.
Breakfast was the best.The executive boy with spectacles was very courteous and with a smiling and greetings gesture.breakfast has too many options .
Sky bar had a great view of the lake and even the breakfast room had a great view.
The room was comfortable.bed was good .The shower was hot .It was near the lake only a 1 min walk.
The door bell staff helped my elderly mother with luggage and everything .They were fast and attentive.
Welcome drink with some dry fruits was provided.

We stayed 3 days in bonsella at twin room with city view.
Overall hotel staff was very supportive
The cleaning staff in morning hours by 8am gather at corridor and cleaning other rooms created too much noise
The door of the hotel room is not that sound proof.
So the morning time sleep was little disturbed.
Each floor has 3 rooms .so the corridor with lift was little compact and noise and voice could be hear.
Weekend the roads are barricaded near the hotel.
So cab will come a little farther from the hotel .A small walk of 2 min is required.Hotel staff helps in that.

Right inside the old quarter where there are many restaurant options. Also 2 min walk to the lake. Great for morning jog/run.

I had a very nice experience, stayed here for 10 days. The hotel and my room were both spacious and perfectly clean. One of the biggest highlights was the service. The hotel lobby staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a warm smile ready to help (except for just one lady who didn't seem to know how to smile!). The laundry service was also highly affordable, making it easy to get clothes washed every day. The complimentary breakfast was really good, and I already miss the excellent coffee! A special shout-out to the friendly and accommodating staff running the restaurant on the 11th floor, they always made sure my orders were exactly right. The only minor downside was the street noise from outside, which gets quite loud and can be heard from the room, especially on weekends. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I will definitely go back again!
Just the noise from outside at nighttime, on a weekend. It sounds like there's a band playing on the other hotel. I can easily hear the noise coming from the other room too.
Konumunu kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltısı bize göre hijyenik ve yeterlidir. Vietnam ın otel standartlarını görünce bu otel fiyat performans olarak yeterlidir. Oda olarak üst katlar ve göl manzaralıyı seçtik.(fazla görünmüyor zaten, beklentiye girmemek lazım) ama terasında kahvaltı keyifliydi. Old towndaki Otellerin çoğu sokak arasında zaten. İlk kez gelecekler için bizim beklentilerimizi karşıladı, öneririz.
Çok ferah değil, ama Hanoi deki bu tarz otellerin %80 i sokak arasında zaten.
Really comfortable room, friendly staff and a great quiet location but right in the heart of the old quarter
Only a small thing but the hotel shutters closed overnight meaning if you wanted to leave the hotel, you had to wake the reception staff to open them. Not a problem but as I'm a night owl, it made going out at night feel a little awkward. I understand it's for safety but other hotels in the area don't do this.
