地點很優，離假日夜市超近的，房間空間大隔局很好，放2個大行李箱綽綽有餘，早餐的PHQ超推薦太好吃了

Pros:

I had a very nice experience, stayed here for 10 days. The hotel and my room were both spacious and perfectly clean. One of the biggest highlights was the service. The hotel lobby staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a warm smile ready to help (except for just one lady who didn't seem to know how to smile!). The laundry service was also highly affordable, making it easy to get clothes washed every day. The complimentary breakfast was really good, and I already miss the excellent coffee! A special shout-out to the friendly and accommodating staff running the restaurant on the 11th floor, they always made sure my orders were exactly right. The only minor downside was the street noise from outside, which gets quite loud and can be heard from the room, especially on weekends. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I will definitely go back again!

Cons:

Just the noise from outside at nighttime, on a weekend. It sounds like there's a band playing on the other hotel. I can easily hear the noise coming from the other room too.

Great hotel and great location
Pros:

Really comfortable room, friendly staff and a great quiet location but right in the heart of the old quarter

Cons:

Only a small thing but the hotel shutters closed overnight meaning if you wanted to leave the hotel, you had to wake the reception staff to open them. Not a problem but as I'm a night owl, it made going out at night feel a little awkward. I understand it's for safety but other hotels in the area don't do this.

Pros:

Konumunu kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltısı bize göre hijyenik ve yeterlidir. Vietnam ın otel standartlarını görünce bu otel fiyat performans olarak yeterlidir. Oda olarak üst katlar ve göl manzaralıyı seçtik.(fazla görünmüyor zaten, beklentiye girmemek lazım) ama terasında kahvaltı keyifliydi. Old towndaki Otellerin çoğu sokak arasında zaten. İlk kez gelecekler için bizim beklentilerimizi karşıladı, öneririz.

Cons:

Çok ferah değil, ama Hanoi deki bu tarz otellerin %80 i sokak arasında zaten.

Ideal stay for sightseeing

Good location, also restaurants and supermarket are very close by.

Cons:

It is noisy if the room next door is occupied or being cleaned by housekeeping at 6AM! Lift is very close to all rooms and you can hear it. At least not much noise from the street which is good.
Vegan breakfast was my special request- confirmed by the hotel twice - yet they didn’t have any alternative milk for my coffee or cereal, never mind anything else. They just showed me the fruit and vegetable from the buffet table as vegan options. There is pho available for breakfast too which they served me without meat (but not sure if it was veggie or meat broth..).
But it’s nice if you don’t have allergies and can eat everything.

More like a 3-star hotel, despite whatever the picture shows.
Pros:

The location is excellent, and stepping out within a few steps you are in the middle of Old Quarters

Cons:

No aircon in the dining area. Only three rooms per floor and has 10 floors, so it is a smaller boutique hotel. Wifi should really be improved, as it keeps dropping out.

Great place! Worth it
Pros:

Best place I’ve stay in Hanoi.
Clean, nice, comfortable, bath and I love the window. We extended another night. Room is larger but we booked the suite with city view cause I was over booking other hotel rooms and being catfished and they don’t look like the pictures… but this one does!
Location is good and staff helped me buy supplements and get them delivered to hotel which I couldn’t do cause website wasn’t in English.

Cons:

First time saying this in Hanoi but I loved it all.

Best location!
Pros:

We especially loved the location of this hotel. The lake is right around the corner, with a big night market and tons of restaurants and convenient stores as well. Much more quiet than some other streets. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choices for a boutique hotel.
