HOTEL bien situé, propre.Personnel agréable et très compétent. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont de bonnes qualité. Je recommande , je reviendrai sans hésitation.

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.
Le petit dejeuner est varié, choix de fruits, mets chauds, viennoiseries et pains + une assiette à la carte (pho, oeufs, crêpes...).
Le service de ménage est très bien.
La chambre est très bien, quoi que un un tout petit peu petit pour 3 personnes, mais nous y sommes pour dormir !
Petit hotel, 3 chambres par étages, vraiment agréable.
Séjour de 4 nuits.
Proche de toutes les visites à faire à pieds !

Our family shall come back to stay in this hotel next trip.
Pros:

good location, nearby Guom Lake where we could go around for sight seeing with fresh air. The hotel's service is quite good, staff are so friendly. Breakfast is simple but acceptable for non high class hotel.
The room is clean and quiet enough for rest. The room rate is reasonable in comparison with others.
