Pros:

Location was nice. The host has been really useful. We also had a really nice dinner there. Everything was smooth. Free breakfast, nice view from the window

Very good and helpful staff

Cons:

We booked a room with 4 beds for 4 adults. There were only 2 towels and one set of shampoo and shower gel for the 4 of us. May be in future to make sure there is enough facilities for all quests otherwise it was very good place to stay in.

Clean, cute stay— staff was not the most helpful.
Pros:

The Courie Inn was situated in a lovely little town and was a quiet place to stay.

Cons:

The staff weren’t all the helpful when we arrived. It was as if they assumed we should know exactly what their procedure was even having never stayed there. They were friendly, but not that helpful which made me feel like a bother when I had to ask about where to turn in my menu for breakfast in the morning because they didn’t say.

Excellent food.
Pros:

Reception staff were very welcoming. Our room was supplied with toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. It had adequate storage facilities for an overnight stay. Evening meal had to be booked in advance but we were informed about this after booking and the food was excellent.

This IS the place to stay in Killin!!
Pros:

A very nice and comfortable place to stay after a long day in Glencoe and heading back to the east coast. Had an excellent dinner in their dining room and a delicious breakfast that came with our reservation.

Cons:

Everything was perfect!

Merveilleux logement et restauration dans un des coin les plus charmants d'Ecosse
Pros:

La chambre était très agréable.
Choix de 3 options de petit déjeuners (à choisir la veille - très bien organisé) - nous avons essayé 2 options et le petit déjeunerr était très bon.
Nous avons aussi mangé au restaurant : la carte proposée était variée et le repas de qualité.
L'hôtel est situé dans un village très typique sur les rives du Loch Tay

tout était parfait - je ferai juste une mise à jour sur les matelas/literies

Quaint, Clean & Comfortable Hotel in Killin
Pros:

Staff were friendly & helpful.
Hotel was clean, food very nice.
All very reasonably priced.

Cons:

It would have been good to have been able to get in for some drinks/food before checking in at 3pm however the hotel doesn't open till 3pm so had to go elsewhere unfortunately.

Locally there are no options for meals/food in any pubs/hotels after around 8pm so consider this when looking to book dinner etc.

Booking.com also had the hotel advertised as "Pets Stay Free" when we booked, however we were unfortunately charged a £10 fee.

Great place to stay, homely and friendly atmosphere. Thank you.
Pros:

Hosts were especially welcoming and made us feel at home from the start. Room was clean with all we needed. Breakfast was lovely.
