La ubicación
Lo hay parking después de las 2pm, la atención nocturna no es muy amable. La tele tiene baja calidad

Pues no tiene mantenimiento y el estacionamiento malo
Es muy céntrico y eso es lo que facilita la movilidad
La verdad sus habitaciones algo incómodas, la ubicación del clima terrible, el Internet super malo, no cuenta con ventiladores, el desagüe del baño no sirve no se iba, se quedaba estancada

Es segun colonial pero muy viejo,
La ubicación, que la alberca es de tamaño habitual en un hotel vacacional y tiene carriles con profundidad
La limpieza, primero que nada! Las habitaciones con insectos en cama y paredes, marcas de insectos muertos en las paredes, cortinas con telarañas, polvo, humedad, olor a caño. Pedí 1 sabana extra porque prácticamente no tiene sabana de cajón (es demasiado delgada) y me dijeron que no se podía usar 1 extra, la limpieza la hacen 1 día si y 1 no, pero necesita limpieza profunda diario por el estado del hotel. Las camas tienen bases de cemento, colchones en mal estado e.incomodos, las habitaciones de duela tienen la duela levantada por la humedad. Habitaciones hostiles. Una de las personas de la tarde super hostil. Solo le doy 2 porque la chica encargada del turno de la noche nos cambió de habitación al notificarle de los insectos, aunque en ningún momento hubo una disculpa.

Room was comfortable and the AC worked well.
Pool is nice
It's an old building that's worn and needs a deep clean. Light switches had grime all around them etc. It just needs a deep clean and update.
Gym is non existent, the room is filled with tables and chairs with one token machine trapped in the centre.
