Extremely poor communication and customer service

Unfortunately, I can’t say anything positive about my experience with this property.

Cons:

The customer service was extremely disappointing. I tried contacting the property multiple times by phone and email, but I never received a response. I made several attempts to reach them and was completely ignored. This was frustrating and unacceptable, especially when I needed assistance regarding my reservation. Based on my experience with their communication and customer service, I cannot recommend this property

Room was large,clean, bed wasn't too high ( I'm short). Employees were friendly. Great location to Progressive Field.
