Should place toiletries which is a basic requirement in such kind of hotel
Pros:

Room was comfortable and it was having a fantastic view

Cons:

Toiletries and room amenities were not there at the time of checking in. We happened to call to get those items.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien placé dans la ville et la piscine est exceptionnelle.

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche durant les 2 jours que nous avons passé dans cet hôtel.

Pros:

The hotel was well located near to the large park in the centre of the city. They took security seriously which made this central location feel very safe for any traveller. We were greeted warmly on arrival and check in was very quick and efficient. The breakfast was generous and had a great variety of foods to select from. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the aircon efficient. We didn't use the roof top bar or pool but they both looked great!
The check out was quick and efficient also so overall a great stay and great place from which to explore Colombo

Cons:

The hotel was international in appearance, it would have been nive to have more local touches but it met all our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Le fait que le jour du milieu sur 3 jours, je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude pour ma douche et le fait que ce soit limité, très limité en repas sans picant. Très embêtant car quand on dit sans piquant c’est SANS PIQUANT, alors que eux il sont étonnés qu’on leur dise que ça l’est.
