Pros:

Widok z basenu , czystosc w pokojach , w miarę dobra lokalizacja , dobre śniadanie, duży wybór .Hotel jak na warunki Sri Lanki dosc nowoczesny.

Cons:

Zakupilismy pakiet obiadokolacji , o którym zapomnieliśmy a bylismy po posiłku, poprosiliśmy aby zamienić go na lunch w dniu następnym. Niestety nie chcieli sie zgodzić, a dla takiego hotelu to żaden problem , aby wyjść naprzeciw oczekiwaniom klientów.
Żadna strata dla hotelu a tylko niesmak pozostał.Ale to czynnik ludzki.Albo sie chce albo nie, bo nie.

Great stay!
Pros:

Central location, fabulous views, great facilities like a rooftop pool and a huge buffet spread. The service was very good too.

Cons:

Somehow the internet connection was unsecured. Very strange for a hotel especially a business one
