Excellent Service & Warm Hospitality.
Pros:

I recently visited Stirred at Cinnamon Red Colombo and had a really lovely experience. The food was great, but what truly stood out was the service given by Nadeesha. Even as a trainee, she handled guests with so much confidence, professionalism, and genuine care.

Her warm smile and friendly attitude made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived — more like being welcomed at home than visiting a hotel. She was attentive, polite, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even more memorable.

Cinnamon Red is lucky to have someone like Nadeesha on the team. Keep up the amazing work!

Service is great, food is awesome, third sleeper bed needs to improve
Pros:

Location is great, breakfast buffet is delicious including hoppers, nice view from the 22nd floor. Service is very attentive and hospitable, many thanks to the front door staff during our stay, Malshan with room service and the female chef making hoppers in the breakfast buffet, excellent service. Rooms are comfortable for two people and have good amenities.

The only downside is the third sleeper bed acquired for a third person. It is not comfortable at all, and impossible to sleep on.

Great Service.
Pros:

Last time me and my husband came in April this time we came with our parents.Stayed in 1615,1616,1617. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the Sri Lankan corner. Special thanks to Sumudu, Gayan from F&B. We will definitely come again.

Memorable Anniversary with Warm Service and Great Food
Pros:

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at Cinnamon Red Hotel with our 10-month-old baby, and it was truly a wonderful experience.

The food was excellent, and the hospitality was outstanding. To make our special day even more memorable, the team surprised us with a complimentary cake, which we really appreciated.

A special thank you to the amazing staff Sachin, Anas, Gayan, and Nethmini, for their warm and attentive service. We would also like to sincerely appreciate the head chef, who kindly guided us through the buffet options, especially considering my wife’s food allergies. That level of care meant a lot to us.

Overall, we had a fantastic time and created beautiful memories as a family. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion!
