1. The lifts - slow
2. Very difficult to get hold of the operator; they don’t pick up the phone.
3. There appears to be a QR code for everything. I requested an in house room menu in hard copy. I was told there are none.

In the UK we do not like scanning QR codes as they can be a security risk.
