Can’t beat this view on the Gold Coast.

Very clean and everything provided.

Noisy fan comes on with light in bathroom and toilet. Would be better during the night if they were on separate switches.

Lovely spot - so convenient to everything.

Cons:

The building is a little bit aged but we didn’t mind it as it did give off that casual relaxed beach vibe….overall it was clean and our unit and been renovated - had everything we needed.
