Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Unit was very comfortable. View was great.
Pros:

We had a side apartment but the view was still lovely.
Apartment was very clean and comfortable and the beds were so good.

Cons:

The parking was very tight but it did the job. On the up side, we were given an extra car space for the second car for which we were grateful.

Location, location, location!
Pros:

Prime location, can’t get much better

Cons:

Not the cleanest, and a really annoying consistent buzzing sound in the main bedroom of the apartment we stayed in. Could use better lighting down the main walkways as my partner fell over and hurt himself when we arrived home in the dark

Absolute Toplage an der Küste. Großes Appartment mit allem Komfort, sehr gute Betten.

Cons:

Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt (2 Nächre) der Duschabfluss verstopft. Hätte eigentlich beim Reinigen vor unserer Anreise festgestellt werden müssen.
Kleines Badezimmer und kein Mülleimer.

Magnificent View from the lowest level
Pros:

Standard unit on the first level was very good, with a fabulous view and sound of crashing waves, it was like being on the sand. Older block but nonetheless nicely done.

Someone had taken our allocated car space and we ended up having to park quite far down the street. The toilet also had a big hole around the light and it smelt like mould.

Rude staff and unhygienic rooms
Pros:

Great location amazing view and it was fairly spacious

Cons:

I had a really disappointing experience staying here. From the moment we arrived, things weren’t up to standard. The room was not clean — there was sand all over the floors, and the beds hadn’t even been made. We were expected to put the doona covers on ourselves, which is honestly not acceptable considering the amount we paid. To make matters worse, staff called multiple times about it but never offered to come and fix it themselves.
Parking was also very unclear. There were no proper instructions about where to park, which made the whole arrival process stressful and confusing.
The worst part of the stay was the service, particularly at check-out. The staff member we dealt with was quite rude, which left a really negative final impression. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. Between the cleanliness issues, lack of clear communication, and poor customer service, it just wasn’t worth the money.

Beautiful location with the most stunning views
Pros:

Absolute best location. Sleeping with the doors open and listening to the sea at night is just the best. Comfy couch and nice big TV. No need to drive anywhere either!

Cons:

Make sure to take your own salt, pepper and cooking oil. The sheets are polyester cotton blend which is okay when the weather is cooler but certainly not in summer when there is no aircon.
