Lovely staff, nice small room and location was great.

Good location for one- two nights
Pros:

Great location - right in the heart of Shinjuku so easy to walk around.
Double bedroom was fine for one occupant but would have been too small for two with even small cases .Twin bedroom on top floor more spacious but there was little Godzilla themed . Lounge acres was good

Cons:

Check in is awful . Overly complicated . One member of staff appeared rude and intolerant . The Indian receptionists much nicer . I wouldn’t stay again .

Hotellets läge och utsikten från rummet.

Cons:

Bodde här för fjärde gången och jag upplever en försämring av standarden. Heltäckningsmattan i rummet såg sliten ut. Det var extremt mycket turister på hotellet och trångt till hissarna. En hiss var sönder. Uteplatsen vid Godzilla var avstängd utan närmare förklaring. Personalen i receptionen var inte japansk. Återvänder inte fler gånger.

Great location, basic budget hotel.

Cons:

The hotel was very well priced but it was really dated. We chose it because of the location and price and also the novelty value of the Godzilla factor. The Godzilla viewing platform has been closed for a couple of years but this was not known to us at the time of booking. It is a very busy hotel, which means busy lifts but nothing out of the ordinary. We chose to eat out at breakfast, no need to spend huge amounts of money on breakfast if you don't need to. The hotel bar prices were totally crazy, we left and found places elsewhere to have a drink. Anyone booking should know this is a budget hotel, with no frills. If you ar cool with that, then you will be fine.

Hotel centralissimo e suggestivo
Pros:

Hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Shinjuku, molto centrale. Vita notturna vivace. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, spedizione e magazzino bagagli disponibile. Abbiamo preso una stanza con vista sulla statua di Godzilla, molto divertente, vi regalano anche dei gadget. Il bagno era enorme e la camera anche.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare, la sera se uscite fate un po' attenzione che c'è tanta gente e alcune persone sono poco raccomandabili.

Hotel is perfectly situated but could do better with servicing rooms.

I don’t mind not having a full room service every day but no top up of coffee etc was a bit cheap. Stayed 6 nights and got 1 top up only.
