Overpriced and not worth the money

Cons:

We paid extra to stay on the top floor on the hotel, the Godzilla floor. This was as part of our honeymoon and a stay for our last few days in Tokyo. The hotel was advertised as Godzilla themed, but we were disappointed. The ‘theme’ consisted of a Godzilla tissue box and a Godzilla cushion. Not worth the money at all

Ottimo soggiorno a Tokyo
Pros:

Tre notti semplicemente perfette all'Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. Se cercate una base per vivere Tokyo al massimo, difficile trovare di meglio. La posizione è imbattibile: nel cuore di Shinjuku, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR, con supermercati, konbini, ristoranti e negozi letteralmente a ogni angolo. Uscire dall'hotel ogni mattina e ritrovarsi immersi nell'energia della città è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile.

Il tocco iconico è la famosa testa di Godzilla sulla terrazza dell'ottavo piano: una chicca divertente che rende il soggiorno ancora più memorabile, senza togliere nulla alla qualità dell'hotel. La sky lobby e gli spazi comuni sono eleganti, moderni e curati nei dettagli.

La camera era impeccabile: pulitissima, silenziosa nonostante la zona vivace di Kabukicho, con un letto molto comodo e un bagno in stile giapponese davvero notevole, con vasca e servizi separati. Illuminazione soffusa, ottimi prodotti da bagno e tutti i comfort al posto giusto. Tre notti di riposo perfetto, senza mai sentire il rumore della strada.

Menzione speciale per il personale: cortese, professionale e con un buon inglese, sempre pronto ad aiutare con consigli e indicazioni. La colazione a buffet è ricca e un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata prima di partire all'esplorazione.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per gli standard di Tokyo e una posizione che vale da sola l'intera vacanza. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo a chiunque visiti Tokyo per la prima volta o cerchi la comodità assoluta!

No problems it was clean and close to everything
Pros:

Yes it was very close to everything. We personally found the beds a bit hard compared to others we stayed in Japan . I booked a double and we also got 2 single beds , not sure if that means double ?
We found the staff to be a bit formal! Maybe smile a bit because tourists are keeping your hotels afloat many a time
So maybe welcome the guests a little more friendly.
Anyway it’s was very nice and clean
