Won’t Stay Again
Pros:

I wanted so much to like this hotel, but there is so much wrong with it. First off, the rooms are very small-my husband and I are in a “double room,” which is basically a room slightly larger than a college dorm. There are no closets—there are just two wall hanger spots and a few hangers. There is no table to work from, and there is basically no storage in the room. the largest part of the room is actually the bathroom. The so called couch is a joke-it’s more like a chair. Overall, it is starting to feel a bit claustrophobic.

The reception is on the 8th floor, and then you have to get off and go up to your room. It’s just a weird concept.

On the plus side, there are lots of restaurants nearby, but be aware that this is in a “semi-red light” district.

Pros:

The hotel was amazing and it's very well placed for travel. The surrounding area wasn't exactly our cup of tea, but I think we weren't the right crowd so can't blame the hotel here. The transport links are amazing to see all the Tokyo.

とにかくロケーションが最高！

Cons:

ゴジラが見えない部屋で、狭くても、価格的におとくでない。さらにゴジラデッキも閉鎖されており、ゴジラホテルに泊まったというお得感がない。

Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat. Auch bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde schnell und kompetent unterstützt. Der Service war insgesamt sehr gut und hat meinen Aufenthalt angenehm abgerundet. Ich kann das Hotel daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.“

Overall great except elevator is a pain.

Have to take two elevators just to get to room. Honestly I will need to think if that would impact my decision of stay again because of that. Takes so long if you forget something.

Pros:

The hotel was what we needed - in a central location and we booked a slightly bigger room to have more space and a bigger bed. It was as we we expected - a fairly small room but very comfortable bed and pillows, a nice bath and very clean with friendly staff.

Cons:

The windows don’t open so no fresh air in the room

לחלוטין הייתי חוזר - אחלה מלון!
Pros:

לקחו את קומה 30, החדרים מעוצבים בסגנון גודזילה - זה בעיקר לידי ביטוי בראנר למיטה, טישו, כריות וכל מיני שטויות קטנות, הייתרון זה מעלית מהירה ולא שומעים בכלל מה קורה בחוץ (וכמובן נוף נהדר!)
מיקום מעולה - עשר דקות הליכה מתחנת המרכבות שינגוקו, המלון נמצא בלב כל העניינים של המקום הזה, בקומות למטרה (המלון מתחיל בקומה 8) יש קולנוע מצויין.
מלון נהדר, צוות יעיל וחברותי שסייע לדרישות שלנו.

Great location, helpful staff and felt very safe.
Pros:

Location and ease of getting in and out and onto the streets. It was also very useful to have shops underneath so that in bad weather ie rain, it was not necessary to go far to get good. Staff were all very helpful.

Cons:

The bed mattress was hard and lumpy

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Shampoo,conditioner and soap. Great location. Very busy. Godzilla roars, but the balcony is no longer opened to the public.
