All in all very nice, a good place to relax.
Pros:

Comfortable and friendly…excellent location

Cons:

The shower facility not so good. An expensive hotel should have better than simply a shower over the Bath.

Pros:

Tout était parfait, chambre spacieuse, conforme aux attentes, très propre, beaucoup de petites attentions. Super emplacement très central. Literie très confortable.
Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le bar de l’hôtel fait d’excellents cocktails.

Pros:

I love it here. The room is Its so classic with beautiful interior. Location is convinient and the staff very helpful and friendly. The Manager also very hospitable. They assist us with swimming pool with sister company. My kids super happy.

Pros:

Fabulous location in the heart of the old town in Luang Prabang. The wonderful front staff were all excellent however one gentleman on reception helped us with another reservation which was beyond our expectations. He was very supportive and we appreciated his time calling the hotel and the effort to clarify the issue. I regretfully do not know remember his name. Thank you sir. The breakfast waiter, Mandal was also very helpful.

a lovely time in Luang Prabang
Pros:

The location is really amazing. Very central, and a beautiful place. It was so lovely to eat outside in front and the food was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was nice to be able to use the Sofitel pool, and to have a private car ride over there. I had a room on the ground floor (room 1) which had a lovely outside space to sit. The snacks given each night were appreciated. I really enjoyed it a lot. Thank you.
