It was a good stay. I was comfortable and the staff were exceptional.

Fine for one night near Paddington Station
Pros:

I have stayed at a nearby hotel several times, but they had no vacancies so I tried this one.
Positives -
great position for Paddington
the staff were friendly and helpful
good standard of cleanliness
24 hour access

Cons:

The negatives
Single rooms are on the fourth floor/no lift
(receptionist took my suitcase up and down for me) but factor that in if you are in your 60s like me
No aircon (fan provided) and jn the recent weather, it was very hot and airless in the room.
The property is beginning to look like it needs a makeover.

Pros:

Está bien ubicado, cerca de la estación del tren caminando a 5 minutos. El área es tranquila cerca del Hyde Park. Hay muchos lugares cercanos donde comer

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, si viajas con muchas maletas no es recomendable. No tiene ascensor

La localisation est superbe par rapport au prix. Et le personnel est très gentil et serviable

Cons:

Malheureusement nous avons séjourné dans l’hôtel durant la canicule et il n’y a pas de clim :( Il y a seulement un gros ventilateur qui soulage un petit peu !

Well located hotel, good for a short stay.
Pros:

Good location, walking distance from the underground and several bus stops. Really small room as on the pictures, which is fine, but there is no AS, in 30+ degrees when we were there the heat is unbearable in the room. The staff was kind and welcoming.

Cons:

Old furniture in general a refurbishment would be needed for the whole hotel and AC for the summer heat.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to help. The hotel was clean, well maintained and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after exploring London.

The location is also very convenient, with excellent transport connections.

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be happy to come back!

Great location and good staff.
Pros:

Overall for a budget hotel it’s fine. Definitely need to fix the door lock and handle. The door was unlockable from inside.

Hotel funcional en el centro de Londres
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero suficiente para dormir. Está muy limpio y tiene una nevera, microondas y tetera en la habitación donde cada día te reponen sobres de café y te. También dispone de ventilador. Los empleados son muy agradables.

Great stay at Paddington - Best relation price/quality
Pros:

Everything was amazing. Since we arrive to the hotel, the staff was amazing. We stayed with a little boy and they arranged everything for him. The size of the room was ok for us 3, the location was amazing, and everyone at the hotel was really helpful for our stay at London. We will definetly go back.

Hostile management
Cons:

I am a former regular guest who stayed here monthly for business, and I strongly advise caution before booking this property. While the location was convenient, the management is highly unprofessional and hostile toward basic customer feedback.
Facilities advertised as standard on booking platforms, such as microwaves and ironing boards, are routinely missing from the room upon arrival. I frequently had to chase staff for these basic items, and on one occasion, management expected me to haul the missing equipment into the room myself late at night. Furthermore, when I raised concerns about these missing facilities, management falsely claimed they had upgraded me to a double room, when in reality it was the exact small single room I had originally booked and paid for.
The on-site management is entirely unable to handle constructive feedback. When issues were raised regarding flickering lights and missing amenities, the response from leadership was rude, aggressive, and highly defensive. Ultimately, after I left an honest review detailing these issues, the hotel retaliated by messaging me to cancel my future bookings. I had already intended to cancel them myself, as I have no desire to stay at a venue with such poor standards, but potential guests should be aware that if you complain about this hotel failing to provide what is advertised, management will attack your character rather than fix the problem. Avoid this establishment if you expect standard hospitality, accurate room descriptions, or professional service.
