Pros:

Fantastic welcome from Payken. Excellent service all through our stay. Easy location for accessing local highlights. Onsite ristorante with good food and service. Very clean room with great service each day. Bed was really comfortable. Lift access was a real plus. Take time to visit the amazing balcony one flight of stairs up from level 5 to enjoy fantastic views over the city centre including Duomo di Milano spires. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Quiet street, but close to the sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable.
Pros:

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Suite was large.

Cons:

shower drain in Suite 1 was slow. Otherwise we LOVED the room.

Great location, rooms need a lot of improvement.
Pros:

Location unbeatable. Bed was good. Beautiful roof terrace. Fantastic receptionist!

Cons:

The room lacked the design that one would expect at this price. The shower had pieces missing. Toilet had sometimes water running. Generally noisy.
Roof terrace service was very bad.

A convenient and reasonably priced stay with character
Pros:

Historic charm, convenient location and neighborhood, friendly and helpful desk staff. The marble bathroom was very nice, with toiletries. The room was spacious, and made up for two beds, as requested. There were plenty of nice towels, and bathrobes.

Cons:

The room was hot, and we were told the heat had not been turned off all over the city of Milan yet, so there was no way to adjust the temperature. We opened the windows a little. There were no darkening curtains at the windows. There was a lot of noise from the rooftop terrace bar above, and from a room above. Housekeeping made the beds and brought toiletries, but for some reason did not vacuum or empty the bathroom trash.

Would have been great if we had slept
Cons:

We were unable to sleep due to noise from the street and rooftop bar. We stayed with a toddler and were told there was nothing that could be done.

Charming hotel in Milan with excellent guest services associates!
Pros:

My partner & I stayed here over Christmas 2025 and would absolutely stay again! The hotel is very charming and within walking distance to attractions, while not being directly in the hustle & bustle. Peyman (guest services associate) is phenomenal! He happily called around to make reservations and arrangements for us during our stay, shared excellent recommendations, and was incredibly friendly.
