Pros:

En plein centre de Milan. Idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. Chambre agréable et personnel charmant et disponible.

Una chicca nel cuore di Milano con qualche piccola pecca
Pros:

La camera è molto bella, spaziosa e ben accessoriata, oltre che molto silenziosa. L'unico neo era la difficoltà nel gestire l'aria condizionata che era troppo bassa. La posizione è fantastica.

Cons:

Il servizio al bar, al ristorante e per la colazione non sono, a nostro parere, a livello dell'albergo.
Il personale non è adeguatamente formato e non si presenta al livello della struttura. La cucina è buona anche se il menù è molto ristretto, sia per il cibo che per la carta dei vini.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione, il cibo è buono ma manca in buffet, auspicabile a nostro avviso in una struttura di questo livello.

好みによるが、特にビューもないので5階以外ならば良いと思う。
Pros:

1人を除き、レセプションスタッフの対応は素晴らしかった。中心街に近く便利であった。部屋が十分広かった。部屋の漏電ブレーカーが動作した際に外部からエンジニアを呼んで直すのに時間が掛るため、当方からの要求無しに、無料の朝食をオファーしてくれた。

Cons:

5階の最上階のせいか、屋上のテラスにつながる階段に仕切りが無かったせいか、クーラーを使っても部屋が暑かった。私たちは観劇の為留守にしていたが、テラスには隣のレストランのroof top設備になっており、誕生パーティーが有ったりして夜11時位までは騒がしかったと思う。また、宿泊者以外が部屋の前を通って出入りするためセキュリティー上の懸念があった。

Nice boutique hotel close to all major attractions.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, reasonable sized well appointed room.

Cons:

Air conditioner in our room (Room 1) must have something loose or ropes or something similar near the external unit. It kept banging/rattling.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Great location. Welcoming staff and a beautiful, traditional hotel. Room was very spacious and full of character. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Great location and staff, but I will not be back.
Pros:

The location great to the dome is great and the staff was excellent.

Besides those two great points, I would not stay here again.

Cons:

The room was smelly from the bathroom, probably because of the heat. A lot of small things in the room were broken that need fixing, such as parts missing in wooden floor, bathroom features broken, coffee machine not working.

A beautiful friendly clean place, in reach of many good sights.
Pros:

Good location only 5 minutes to Duomo and shopping and eateries. Pleasant decor and amazing breakfast with friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Our room was adjacent to the stairway to the restaurant, which was open until 11. That meant a lot of noise including wait staff rolling a loud cart from the elevator, and guests coming and going loudly right at our door. That made it difficult to relax and sleep. We would have liked a quieter room.

Beautifully restored historic building in a great location close to the Duomo.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but restaurant staff were a little off hand.

Cons:

There were no tissues in the bathroom and the television didn’t work.
The rooftop terrace was always booked by restaurant guests meaning hotel guests missed out.

Pros:

The location could not be better not too far but not too close to the crow and loud noise.

The staff A plus, Princess and Peyman were very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The both were a delight.
