Great location, very spacious, well set up. Would stay there again.
Pros:

Very spacious apartment with separate one bedroom. includiing a washing machine in the bathroom. Living area was enormous, with 2 couches and a big dining table. Parking just downstairs in the building was very convenient. We had a lovely view over Davey Park and the city and was only a 5 minute walk to Salamanca Place.

Cons:

It took quite a while to sort out the airconditioner - it was set on cold and would not change. The kitchen sink tap was wonky and the dishwasher was incredibly noisy.

it was an amazing stay with great staff
Pros:

The location was great, the size of the room EXCEEDED any and all expectations and everything in the room was fantastic. The Staff were ALL AMAZING. Pleasant, efficient and nothing was ever any trouble

Cons:

No complaints or issues other than having to leave
I cant make comments here when i have no issues at all to mention that i didnt like

perhaps having staff at reception prior to 9 am on a saturday ....however it really shouldnt evern be a complaint

Great stay in a comfortable, quiet spot, though quick walk to everything.
Pros:

Great position for walking to waterfront, Battery Hill, Sandy Bay.

Nice and quiet, perfect location for all our activities in Hobart. Close to cafes restaurants and bars

Clean, well positioned
Pros:

We had two room apartment, the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The position of the accomodation is good for the Salamanca area.

The feel of it, lukewarm reception, windows cannot open (but decent air conditioning)
