A deposit of USD 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is collected by cash/credit card upon arrival and fully refundable upon check out.

Uncomfortable hard bed
The staff, the pool, the service. The hotel is spotlessly clean.
The mattress is WAY TOO HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. I don't want to hear about that's how it is in Asia, I'm not Asian. I expect a comfortable bed. This question may be asked of customers when they arrive so a decent mattress topper can be supplied.😡

Breakfast was exceptional with staff very friendly and focused on guest references. Variety very good.
Street noise each evening but location made up for the later nights to sleep.
The smell of the markets could be difficult to cope with at times.
Rooms have dark dated decor and could use some updating. Bathrooms looking tired. Amenities such as shampoo, body wash and lotion were not very impressive. I remember better.
Staff is friendly and competent.
Hotel is strict with rules but thats good as they want to protect their guest. This point is sometimes misunderstood by many.

The property is located in a perfect location downtown Phnom Penh. With bustling markets right outside the door, the rooms are so quiet and peaceful. Staff at the property were very accommodating and happy to help with any enquiry. A lovely choice of breakfast included eggs cooked as you liked, fruits, yoghurt and a variety of other dishes including vegetables, baked goods and noodles. The property is immaculate which made returning after a long day doing tourist things thoroughly enjoyable.

The location is pretty much central to everything.
The buffet breakfast was good.
The staff are attentive and polite….but I felt they were mostly a bit reserved and I didn’t develop a rapport with them like I have with staff at the other hotels I have stayed at. Their hospitality felt a bit “wooden”.
I was also charged $7 US (about $10 AUD) when I accidentally knocked the body wash dispenser off the tiny shelf in the shower. I was aware that they would charge guests for this, because they had a sign informing guests that they would, on the wall in the room.
It obviously happens regularly….so why not just change the dispensers from ceramic to a hard plastic like the one that you replaced it with when I told the reception staff that I had broken it?
The noise from the market stalls below my window, coupled with the construction of the building beside the hotel meant that it could be rather noisy at times.
And the mattress was ridiculously hard….even by Asian standards. I had to tuck pillows around me to get some sort of comfort.
Not enough pool lounges for guests. It must get pretty crowded during the high season!

A hotel well located in the center of Phnom Penh. The welcome is warm, and the staff are attentive and friendly.
The room is comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The Wi-Fi and TV work perfectly.
The breakfast is good, with pleasant staff and a well-balanced buffet. The food served in the evening is also good, although the prices are a little high.
The only downside is the lack of double glazing. As the hotel is located near a market, the noise can be quite disturbing, especially in the morning. It is therefore not the ideal place for those looking for peace and quiet.
