Important information:

A deposit of USD 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is collected by cash/credit card upon arrival and fully refundable upon check out.

Please note that the reception is currently open from 08:00 to 23:00 daily. Guests planning on arriving or departing outside of reception hours should inform the property at least one day in advance.

We would like to inform you that our hotel will have maintenance project to update our internal system for additional safety measures. As a result, there will be some construction noise and we ask for your kind cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Visitors and unregistered guests are required to provide their government regulated identification at the reception, sign a visitor form, and will be charge a visiting fee of USD 10 per person.

Worst hotel experience
Pros:

Not much . Reception staff was about it

Cons:

The location was false advertisement
The room was dirty and mouldy causing a health risk. Shower leaked everywhere over floor making a slip.hazard timber in bathroom sadden and mouly and the mould smell was unbearable. Entire unit was filthy . Breakfast meant to be at 7am and went at 7:10
Was told by staff to wait maybe half hour
I didn't eat and went and checked into new hotel asap.
Will be demanding a refund

Excellent - would recommend
Pros:

Actually one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my travels in Asia. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good water pressure and nice hot shower. Rooftop jacuzzi and pool were nice - amazing view. Everything looked wel maintained. The staff was very friendly; each time I came down the receptionists got up to make a bow - actually made me feel a bit uncomfortable because of the level of friendliness. When I’m in Phnom Penh again I would stay at this hotel.

Cons:

If I had to nitpick; they had a new air conditioning in the gym that didn’t work properly. But I’m sure they’ll fix it. Not a big problem though.

Es war im allgemeinen alles okay, man wurde freundlich empfangen.

Cons:

Es fehlt beim gesamten Personal etwas Persönlichkeit und Herzlichkeit. Die Restaurantpreise sind verhältnismäßig hoch. Am Pool gibt es nur 5 Liegen.

Practical hotel, was fine for our needs.
Pros:

A clean and centrally located hotel about 45 mins from the airport. Nice staff and good selection of food at breakfast. Functional.

Pros:

An excellent hotel in a great location close to the river and walking distance to tourist attractions. Excellent friendly staff service and great amenities, including a rooftop pool with views overlooking the river. Same with the restaurant and bar.

Pros:

This is was our favourite stay in Cambodia by far. All of the facilities were top of the line, the rooms were up to date and in great shape, and the breakfast bar had a great variety of local and western options. The location was amazing (riverside).

Pros:

The location is perfect near to all the touristic points hotel have nice rooms very clean and staff very friendly and always helpfull. Nice toproof with swimmingpool. Also have good food and nice top bar with beautifull view to the kingpalace and river.

Si je devais chipoter un peu, le matelas est vraiment trop dur, on dirait que l’on dort sur une planche. Mais c’est vraiment un détail c’est pour ça que je mets 10/10 quand même.

Pros:

Probably the best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a very long time. Great quality. Freshly squeezed juices, bean to cup coffee machine, poached eggs. Great attention to detail.
Also an excellent desk and chair for those who need to get work done. Very comfortable.

Cons:

The buildings behind the hotel played music till very late in the evening however this is out of the hotels control.

Pros:

엄청난 가성비. 직원들 엄청 친절하고 조식도 먹을 만했음. 특히 오믈렛이 간이 잘 배서 맛있었음. 루프 탑 수영장은 크기가 작은게 흠이었지만 야경은 죽임. 위치도 리버사이드 근처여서 걸어다니기 매우 좋음. 또 옆에 바로 시장도 있어서 나름 구경해볼만함.
