A deposit of USD 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is collected by cash/credit card upon arrival and fully refundable upon check out.
Please note that the reception is currently open from 08:00 to 23:00 daily. Guests planning on arriving or departing outside of reception hours should inform the property at least one day in advance.

The staff was nice especially the manager. He was patience and doing his best for my stay cause there was a little hiccup with the room . But all went well.
The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful areas and lovely food.
The breakfast was lovely, but the same for 3 days.
From the moment I was picked up from the airport, transferred to the hotel, greeted by the friendly staff at check in I felt quite at home. The Hotel breakfast was delightful, the rooms immaculate, very clean and comfortable. The hotel location was so convenient. Each day spent at the Harmony Hotel was a delight. I would like to sincerely thank the Hotel Manager Mr. Sophal and all of his wonderful staff.

Da ich früh abreisen musste, wurde mir aus Ersatz ford Frühstück ein tolles Lunchpaket gemacht und das Taxi organisiert zum Flughafen.
Der Roof Pool mit Bar ist wirklich ein Highlight.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Da es nur 1 Lift hat, muss man ab und zu länger warten. Das ist aber nur ein kleiner Nachteil.
Room setout and furnishings were good
Hard bed....location of local market starting directly outside of main entrance, and smells were a put off to going back there again
Location was very good, hotel was modern with comfortable rooms and rooftop facilities
Market was close and could be smelly. Hot water failed one morning but was fixed reasonably quickly
The room was very comfortable, the pool and sky bar excellent with good views of the city and river. The staff were really good, I was well looked after. I liked the layout of the breakfast room and the breakfast was good. This is a well thought out hotel. I had a very enjoyable stay.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Pool auf dem Dach ist ausgezeichnet mit Blick auf den Fluss. Zimmer und alle Räume sind sehr sauber 👍komme gerne wieder.
