A deposit of USD 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is collected by cash/credit card upon arrival and fully refundable upon check out.

Staff all fantastic. Location so central. Breakfast and restaurant very good. Roof top bar and pool wonderful. 3rd time here and always consistently good.
This time I stayed on a lower floor being the 3rd. Shower stuggled to get warm water. Also wifi not as strong here as other floors. As I need this for work. But still love the place. Would be 100% perfect with these improvements.

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get - very clean modern hotel very close to the markets/city centre- great pool and roof top bar - staff were very helpful and I can’t think of a better value for money hotel I’ve ever stayed

unser erstes Zimmer war schlicht ein Witz. Mini (!) Badezimmer, Waschbecken im Wohnbereich. Nach Zimmerwechsel schönes Bad, allerdings der Balkon minimal. Man konnte lediglich bei offenen "Balkon"Tür am Balkon sitzen. Das war sehr ärgerlich😔. Baustelle vor dem Hotel sehr laut. Hierfür kann das Hotel nichts, aber ein Hinweis wäre gut gewesen. Duschwasser nicht wirklich warm. Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer viel zu dunkel. Der Barbereich und der Pool auf dem Dach überraschend klein. Wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das bisher mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel in Phnom Penh. In

Nothing not to like
Second stay and just a nice consistent hotel. I extended my stay twice and so accommodating. Breakfast good, rooftop also good. Location central.
Everything was good, sometimes road out front is super busy with market stalls making pick ups difficult.
This was very close to the Royal Palace and the National Museum. My first night was also the night that the city shuts down the main throughfare and turns it into a walking marketplace. I saw maybe 1,000 food stalls and souvenir stands, which made for a fun time.
I enjoyed it all.
