Great location and really nice unit.
Pros:

Great location. Great view. We have stayed there numerous times and love it every time.

Cons:

Clothes dryer was broken and probably had been for a while but we often find no one uses them on shirt stays so they don’t get reported. Other than that all was good.

The rooms were awful. No idea how it's a 4 star hotel. Felt yuck
Pros:

Terrible rooms. 13E was old and dirty and in a terrible state. Felt gross being in it. Hair and grime on doors and wall paint peeling off. Everything was rusty or extremely corroded. Big gashes of holes and paint throughout the whole unit. Very disappointed and will not be back and cannot recommend.

Pleasant and Fun. Spectacular views.
Pros:

Great location. Great pool and spa. Tennis and Putt Putt. Great views. Quick access to the beach, parks and all nearby locations on the southern end of the coast.

Cons:

Parking situation is a little tight and awkward at times. The rooms probably are a little dated and old and the chairs in the lounge room were stained and a little dirty. The shower heads were a bit uncomfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. I found it very hard to sleep on the old, hard mattress. The room is quite cold without cranking the AC to warm it up. Blankets are provided in the cupboards but I'm not a big fan of the old scratchy blankets. Was it value for your money? It was quite expensive.

We had a fabulous time. Hope to come back.
Pros:

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Plenty to do for kids in and around facility, and also relaxing for adults.
Great cafe and park in walking distance.
Spa and pool fantastic.

Cons:

Balcony doors were very hard to open.
Beds okay just a little hard for me.
Probably could do with better kitchen equipment.

1 star hotel rooms ! Don't stay in 13E
Pros:

The location. The view.

Cons:

The room we got 13E was awful. 1 star. It is nothing like the photos online. Old and dirty. Definitely not 4 star hotel as advertised. Was very disappointed. Utterly confused, it's rated a 4 star hotel?! We will never return or recommend it to others.

Wonderful just not long enough
Pros:

Location - close to our daughter, on the beach and fab views and lots of sun and sheltered from the southerly wind.

Cons:

Bed was broken - and some minor maintenance needed - eg inside of wardrobe doors - paint peeling badly.

Pros:

Location was fab. Very close to Coles which is helpful without a car. Beach access so easy at the back of the hotel. Staff absolutely brilliant. I left my tablet and they called me straight away. Brilliant stay thank you.

Stay next door instead, very disappointed
Pros:

We like the location, not too far from cooly, the beach at the front and close to the airport.
Sunday's receptionist was the most friendly and helpful of all the staff encountered.

Cons:

We were disappointed after such a nice stay at the apartments next door.
This apartment was tired...broken light, light socket and ext cord that hadn't been checked.
Hardest bed, pillows hard and flat.
No blankets.
Very basic And cheap appliances.
Balcony sliding door stuffed.
