Fabulous hotel for a Zermatt visit
Pros:

The staff were fabulous, very helpful and friendly. Location was superb. Lovely breakfast with plenty of options. Lovely room and hotel facilities in general.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, fantastic hotel.

So ein besonderes Hotelerlebnis bleibt mir in steter Erinnerung!

Mir hat am wunderschönen Boutiquehotel ☀️ Küsnacht alles sehr gefallen:
1. mein sehr schickes und unkonventionelles Zimmer mit diversen Sonnenmotiven und der Innenraumtreppe zu einem Podest mit Sitzgelegenheit am Gaubenfenster
2. die traumhafte Lage direkt am Zürichsee
3. das wundervolle Ambiente des Pavillon Restaurants mit Seeblick und das sehr ansprechende Á-la-cart-Frühstück
4. die sehr zugewandten Hotel-Angestellten
5. die gelebte Synthese zwischen Moderne & Tradition, zwischen Kunst & Geschichte, zwischen Ruheanker & Stadtnähe und zwischen Kulinarik & See-Erleben

Ich würde jederzeit wieder sehr gern im Boutiquehotel ☀️ übernachten.

Wir kommen sehr gerne in Ihr Hotel aber ich würde nie wieder ein Zimmer zur Strasse buchen

Cons:

das Zimmer zur Straße hin war extrem laut und wegen der hohen Temperaturen draußen fast zum Ersticken

It is a fine hotel, but with room for improvement
Pros:

Overall common facilities are excellent. Location right in front of the lake, a private garden with direct access for swimming in the lake make is very special. Staff at reception were all very friendly and helpful, Francesco in particular

Cons:

On arrival we spotted a spider web (with spider) in a corner of the roof. It can happen, of course, but denotes lacking quality control. Breakfast is included and served at your table. We stayed 4 days and it was only the last morning when we received exactly what was ordered. The other days, the whole order-taking, preparation and serving sequence was very disorganised and certainly not at the level of what is advertised (and charged!).

Nice hotel pretty view
Pros:

Lovely staff very helpful ahead of making booking and room was nice - rubber ducks for kids were a super cute touch

Cons:

Parking was a little chaotic. They did put us in a room that had stairs leading up which is a little trickier with two small kids who they were aware of us having.

Pros:

Beste Lage am Zürisee. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal! Sehr saubere Zimmer mit allem was man braucht.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts… Klimaanlage wäre ein Plus, aber nicht weiter tragisch.

The room I got was not the corner room I reserved
It was very small and being right under the roof it had a temperature of 37 degrees during the night with only a small fan which didn’t do any good
