We like the location and the staff were great and how very helpful ; good price for the number of people

Accommodated up to five people. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. breakfast buffet had good choices.

Cons:

Rooms were small for five people. Privacy door to bathroom could be improved.

Affordable clean and comfortable, decent location, but slow valet.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Next door to a gentleman’s club. Valet was extremely slow. We had to wait 20+ minutes to get our car.

Never again will I stay at this hotel!
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The toilet would no flush and had to be fixed the first 10 minutes upon getting my room. Next, the Wallpaper was coming off the walls in bathroom and pictures in bathroom had water stains. No parking which costed me $219.43 for total for three days to park. Bad scenery was on the ninth floor facing an alley way and another buildings. Totally not worth staying at for the price. Never again!

Pros:

Staff was friendly and our stay was pleasant.

Cons:

Towel requests were unfulfilled; shower head water pressure was uncomfortable, and soap rack was broken upon arrival.

Was a nice place to stop overnight with kids on way home from vacation.
Pros:

The location. So close to all we wanted to see.

Cons:

Slow service of valet when checking out. Delayed start of our day and almost late to attraction. Would have called ahead to say we were checking out and needed car but only told about it when going down for check out and asked if we did. Would have if it had been told at check in.

I liked the location and the staff

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to pay $4 for a bottle of water and there wasn't a jug in my room or water fountains in the hallway so I can fill my bottle with water
