Very clean room.

Cons:

In 317 room the bathroom door does not close easily, the ceiling in the balcony has an scary ugly hanging-repair poorly.

Very clean and cozy.

Cons:

We asked for the room closer to the elevator because my husband does not walk without his walker, painful and slow walk. Unfortunately, the room 303 is very-very far from elevator. For my husband it was extremely difficult to get to the room.

Horrible rooms
Pros:

The location and the staff was nice.

Cons:

The room we had was horrible. Ceiling tiles with water stains. The tv was cracked, the balcony door net was ripped, the bathroom was dirty and had hair in it, the ironing board was broken, the pullout couch was SO uncomfortable. Definitely a lot better options that are cheaper. Definitely not a 500 dollar room.

Unfriendly front desk staff
Pros:

gorgeous view and nice balconies with nice pool across the street from the beach

Cons:

staff was extremely unfriendly. woman at the front desk who worked in morning and afternoon on Sunday May 31 told guests that she didn't want to have to repeat herself and that they need to pay attention when she speaks. she also had no explanation on why late check out was not possible when on check in the night before the guaranteed another hour.
