Staff were wonderful! Rooms are basic but clean and shower is hot. Strong WiFi. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler

An absolutely wonderful place to stay in Quito! The location is perfect for exploring the historic center, and the atmosphere is warm, peaceful, and welcoming. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely care about their guests.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and everything is thoughtfully prepared.

Excellent customer service and communication! From the very beginning, the staff replied to all my messages incredibly quickly. They were always kind, friendly, professional, and willing to help with every question I had. Their prompt communication immediately made me feel much more confident and relaxed about my trip to Quito.

I also really appreciate that the reception is open 24 hours a day, which is perfect for travelers arriving on late-night or early-morning flights. Knowing that someone will always be there gives you a great sense of safety and peace of mind.

Even before my stay, they have been extremely helpful and welcoming. Based on this experience alone, I can already say that their customer service is outstanding. I am really looking forward to staying here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with excellent communication and genuinely caring staff.

Lovely hotel to stay at, my husband and I stayed for 2 nights while travelling through the region. It was nice and close to everything, central to Quito. All of the staff were very welcoming and accommodating

Friendly staff, location is close to town centre and several restaurants. 5minute walk from central hub to catch a taxi where needed
There is a great chocolate shop just around the corner, too

Una experiencia excelente. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, y el hostel tiene un ambiente muy agradable. La terraza en la azotea es simplemente espectacular, con una vista maravillosa.

El servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto fue puntual y muy confiable, lo que hizo que la llegada fuera muy cómoda. Además, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno.

Sin duda, recomiendo este lugar y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

I had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this hotel. I stay at the hotel twice. The location was convenient for the Historic Centre, the room 304 was clean, comfortable, the shower was hot and the breakfast was good. The staff were welcoming and always happy to help. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

It was comfortable, convenient, and safe. Breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. We loved watching world cup soccer with everyone in the lobby and the Uber always knew where to pick us up. It's a very convenient walk to downtown, but I wouldn't do it after sunset. I'm not sure that part of town is extremely safe after sunset. I was traveling with two small children and we had no problems. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was located very close to downtown, only minutes walking to all the restaurants and the beautiful grand square. The rooms are very comfortable. The beds have lots of comfortable blankets and the rooms are very clean. It was a great value for our family to have a week in the beautiful city of Quito. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was lovely everyday! There was no street noise and everything was quiet at night. We slept well and had a great adventure!

A great welcome and comfortable place. We were happy with the airport pick up and able to sleep off the jet lag here uninterrupted. They provided breakfast was great value and much appreciated also

Gute Lage im historischen Zentrum. Der Flughafentransfer hat gut geklappt.
