Well appointed apartments which were more of a villa with parking which is great. Nice homely feel.
Pros:

When we first arrived we were shown to our apartment however the configuration of the bedrooms was incorrect I specifically booked two double beds and this one had one double and 2 twins, I called reception and they happily agreed to remedy the fault putting us into another apartment with the correct configuration as requested.
It was a 2 bedroom apartment and set out nicely with a small kitchenette that had microwave toaster/grill small oven and fridge beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size.
It was a very large main bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom much smaller but still okay.
The apartments had their own parking, just a bit tight but doable.

Cons:

The lounge sofa was nice and big however very uncomfortable to sit on which was not too good as we were there for 3 days.
Large cracks on both sides of the bathroom window hidden by a blind which I think may not have been put up in a while. It has now been reported to reception, along with the old fashioned shower head which was up so high and was not adjustable to bring it down lower as the showerhead part would not move only the top arm would move.
The second smaller bedroom had I think a queen bed in it and not much room around it, it also had the bed pushed up against the wall under the window which had short curtains so the sun just streamed in on your head early morning, and you could feel the cold coming over your head without a headboard.
The restaurant for breakfast was quite good the food was warm and acceptable, however the chairs which were a leatherette covered material which was all peeling away making it look dirty, not all of them however a few enough to make it look bad, Also as you walked in from their outside deck they had a bathroom floor mat just inside the door which was a definite trip hazard.

Small car parks next to unit made it difficult to get in and out of car once parked - we had single car port in rm 15

Delightful accommodation and Friendly staff!
Pros:

Our room was very clean and lovey and large, very well equipped, all we needed for a short stay.
A very warm welcome from reception and a little chocolate treat and welcome note in our room, and a comfy bed.
The self serve breakfast was very well catered for, amazing hot and cold selection!!

Brilluant accommodation close to CBD.
Pros:

the apartment was very clean and tidy. Loved that it was close to the cbd, the carport for the car, the spaciousness of the apartment. The staff at reception and restaurant were warm and friendly.

Cons:

nothing - We would stay there again next time we visit Albany.

Good value, comfortable and good brekky.
Pros:

This is a large one bedroom apartment with kitchen facility. Bed was comfy and pillow choice good. Very large bathroom with separate spa bath. A good selection for breakfast included in the price.

Insta Vs reality here. Room much more dated than images on website.

Central location, friendly staff, easy check-in/out, parking at your door.

Cons:

I had room 12 and it was a very dated room, very poor value at $219 per night in off season, so won’t stay here again.

These places all encourage us to book direct (so they don’t lose 30% of the revenue), yet when comparing pricing there was no difference at all compared to booking through a booking engine (obviously booking engines state in their contract providers must not advertise lower prices than what’s available to the booking engine) and its both far easier to book through the booking engine and you have the ability to rate and review afterwards which is something you won’t get to do on the providers own site.
Hint: if you want people to book directly, and you can’t advertise a lower price than booking engines, at least value add, offer free parking, breakfast, snacks etc as a benefit for saving you 30% on fees.

The website photos make the units appear somewhat newer and more modern than they are so they are using images that are either heavily retouched or were taken when the room was new, and that must have been years ago.

Cleaners need to do a much better job here. PowerPoints dirty, very dusty throughout on surfaces, ledges on top of mirror and window sills, fan blades all quite dirty.

Stove top grotty and very old, some rusting on burners and the main kitchen floor still had food crumbs around it.

Room 12 needs an update!

Overall, the place was nice & comfortable.
Pros:

Very good breakfast selection & the staffs were superb.
They were very attentive & hospitable.

Cons:

Lack of bath mat in the bathroom. It might have been better if those were provided to keep the floor dry on the bathroom after shower.
