Pros:

The location and rooms are great

Cons:

5 pound storage is too much. A lot of hotels provide free storage but I didn't like Easy hotel's policy

Pros:

Es war günstig.

Cons:

- im Zimmer und auf dem ganzen Stock hat es gestunken. Die Lüftung hat nicht funktioniert und vor den kleinen Fenstern ist direkt die Abluft des danebenliegenden Restaurants.
- es gab keine WC-Bürste
- in der Nacht hat jemand auf dem Gang rumgebrüllt.

Pros:

La qualité de la literie et, en dépit de l'absence de fenêtre, il n'y avait pas de sensation désagréable (renfermement, petitesse de la chambre, etc.)
L'hôtel est très propre et grand.

Malgré son emplacement dans le bas de la ville (près du Tyne), nous ne sommes loin de rien.

Cons:

Le personnel d'accueil n'a pas été particulièrement agréable, que ce soit au check-in ou à la remise des clés. Le ton était relativement froid et on ne nous a communiqué aucune information que ce soit sur les offres de l'hôtel, des informations sur la ville ou plus de détails concernant les frais additionnels pour le check in early.
La même personne, qui nous avait accueilli, a récupéré nos clés le lendemain matin et n'a même pas daigné nous dire bonjour ou ne serait-ce que nous sourire, étant au téléphone.
Toutefois, un jeune homme présent en fin de journée a été plus cordial, ce qui a été appréciable.

Autre point négatif et qui n'est peut être pas du fait de l'hôtel, l'alarme à incendie s'est déclenché par accident en pleine nuit. C'est dommage qu'il y ait ce genre d'incidents, notamment quand on est de passage dans la ville avant d'entamer un long voyage et que le sommeil est primordial.

Ground floor windows don't lock. Not safe at all!
Pros:

Staff helped move me to a new room but I believe gave the same room to another guest as they've really full. This room was not safe.

Cons:

I was given a room looking onto a filthy courtyard full of rubbish and accessible from the street. The window was broken and didn't close or lock, and could be pushed open from this courtyard. Not safe at all, especially for a single woman. Most hotels have policies where they won't put women in ground floor rooms. I certainly won't be staying again.
