I had an issue when staying and checked out early bit was so pleasantly surprised with how the staff handled it and I go

Apart from the size of the room, the beds were comfortable
Pros:

Staff are always warm, friendly and welcoming. The security is good. Staff endure to fulfill visitors requests.

Cons:

The room we stayed in wad too small for quad. The beds were too close. Not enoough room to manourver. Size of toom more suitable for a double room.
The other issue is the tv channels were not all showing

Exactly what you need for a one night stay in Newcastle city centre, perfect location, cheap and cheerful!

Cons:

Rooms are little run down and basic but its a cheap stay and just somewhere to rest head so not bothered!

It was a one night stay before my daughters wedding bed was comfortable but only one very shallow pillow available

Very noisy area, on the front street, very hot room and the air con is above the door in a nook on its own so doesnt cool the room
Only one very slim pillow & no extras in the room
