Lack of poolside bar or cafe not allowed to take alcohol to the pool or glass bottles which I can accept

We've ended up being as ill as covid would make you feel from the air con. The bar was completely deserted the hotel looked like a ghost town including in the restaurant. The room Was really dirty where they haven't bothered cleaning it properly. They don't understand what do not enter means because they still knocked on our door when it said do not disturb for cleaning. The security guard was really rude and didn't even try and speak to us even though I tried using Google Translate, he also made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable by trying to look in the room whilst that I was going down for a cigarette. It did not make us feel like we're in Spain didn't even have a balcony. Our fridge barely worked in our in the room. We wish we paid the extra to stay in a better hotel we wanted it to be a cheap holiday so we went for something really budget but it was honestly disgusting don't waste your money even if you're trying to go for a cheap holiday.
