De Heerlijke frisse en schone kamer
De ontvangst van de eigenaresse, zij toonde absoluut geen interesse en handelde de administratie van de incheck af met haar rug grotendeels naar ons toe. Is niet beleefd en/of klantvriendelijk. Het avondoersoneel daarentegen was super in één woord.

I came with a motorcycle. The hotel has a secure garage where it could be parked (safe & dry!). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a room with a view of the l'Our river and Vianden castle. The room and bathroom were clean and very spacious. The restaurant was excellent.

Location is amazing such a beautiful town, so glad we chose Vianden and the Victor Hugo
Nothing, we arrived on a holiday and no staff were working but it wasn't a problem getting access
