Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
After traveling extensively and staying in hotels all over the world, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I accidentally left behind a pair of dress shorts weighing less than 0.5 kg. Instead of placing them in a simple envelope or plastic bag, the hotel refused to help and insisted that I purchase an expensive shipping box and label.
It wasn't just about the cost—it was the complete lack of willingness to help a guest. Most hotels understand that small acts of kindness are part of hospitality. This hotel showed none.
If this is how they treat guests over such a simple request, I would seriously question whether they value customer service at all.
I will never stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of hotels that actually care about their guests—choose one of those instead.

je tiens à vous confirmer que je suis tres déçu de la politique de cette compagnie qui a eu le culot de me sur facturer de plus de $100.00 pour une erreur de date dans ma réservation, j'ai inscrit 25/26 au lieu de 23/24. en dedans de 15 minutes il ont ajouté plus de $100.00 en sur frais, c'est pas la façon de conserver un bon client. Plus jamais je leur confirai mes réservations. Je vais me faire un devoir d'avertit tous mes amis, ma famille etc, tout ceux qui me parleront de BOOKING .COM, je vais dénoncer cette façon qui me parait exagérer et abusive. faites moi plaisir et faites le transfert de mes doléances à ces gourmants . Merci.
The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good for the price and the beds were comfortable. The location was also easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay.
We arrived late, we didn't have time to enjoy more time in the room. The AC was not working properly. The room temperature was a bit high for our taste.

Frühstück war nicht gut, schlechte Präsentation, Rührei konnte man so gar nicht nennen, alles auf Papptellern, frisches Obst gab es gerade mal Bananen

The area for the complementary breakfast was cramped and they seemed understaffed and undersupplied for resources considering the hotel appeared to be at max capacity.

Die Lage an der Schnellstraße war praktisch und es war trotzdem nicht laut. Das Zimmer war gross und das Badezimmer riesig.
Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen denn nicht nur ist alles Einweg Geschirr auch die Rühreier hatten kaum was vom Eigelb gesehen und schmeckten gar nicht. Alles war ziemlich lieblos im Frühstücks Raum. Man merkt dass es wohl viele Car Reisen gibt die hier übernachten und da braucht man eben eine Frühstücks Möglichkeit.
