It’s just like any regular hotel
Internet and WiFi is a total mess. If you depend on internet to do your work please stay away from this hotel. Breakfast is horrible. Food is the same everyday with no change whatsoever so ever.

Lorsque j'ai défait le lit, j'ai remarqué que le drap était froisse et qu'il y avait un cheveux dans le lit. J'ai ete voir a la réception et on nous a changé de chambre. C'est très dommage car j'aimais beaucoup séjourné a cet hôtel et on a même pas ete surpris a la reception et on ne s'est même pas excuse, je me demande si ce n'est pas une pratique régulière. J'avais d'élite les photos prises car je ne crois pas y retourne. Les gens devront constater pas eux même.
Some of the hotel staff were pleasant to deal with; the decor was beautiful and the room designs well thought out.
There were multiple water leaks in the room which we discovered during the night. We had water dripping on the bed. The front desk was less than helpful and we had to push really hard just to get our room changed.
If you want bad customer service then you should stay here. We had 2 room’s checked in 2 hours early, went up to our room to check in once my in laws arrived 1 hour later we went to open their room and the key card didn’t work, my husband went down and told them they fixed it, he went to try to door first and it had someone else’s stuff in there! Would u want someone having a key card to your room? Next complaint was 11 pm and they had a teenager team of kids there they were running up and down the hallway and screaming. We tried to call the front desk they didn’t answer, my husband went down to complain and there was already another person doing the same thing. Another 20 mins ago by and they are doing the same thing. So now it’s 1140 my husband goes back down and the front desk comes up and speaks with teenagers. I finally fall asleep then they wake us up at 1 am sitting in the hallway in front of our door! I go down and tell the front desk again, saying on your website it says they don’t have a tolerance for loud noises ppl will be asked to leave. My husband and I end up leaving the hotel at 130 in the morning and drove a hour and half home! I wrote down my information for the manger, no response, I called back the next day spoke with Maria she was NOT helpful at all. Pretty much we dealt with 5 different staff members while at this hotel and they were all unorganized! Plus I booked with a price from booking.com was charged more than that on my cards. You don’t get a receipt any explanation of where to park, how to get to the room. I have been at a Red Roof motel more organized than this place.
