Bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety to choose from.
Maybe instructions to change setting on a/c -i it was set for 16degC and we would have preferred 18degC but once you were in bed under the covers it was OK... I am glad I packed slippers!

Good breakfast
The room didn't match the description on the booking website.while we were expecting a king bed there was a queen bed and even though we have sent a request in advance for an extra bed and called a few hours before arriving to make sure it will be ready when we'll get there they didn't get it ready and at the beginning said they are not sure it will fit. One of the single beds in the. Morning was broken as well. Overall not a good experience and bed service since they were unwilling to take any responsibility and compensate us. They have also said that the missing information about the room wasn't a new thing and it has been mentioned to them in the past. Very disappointing
The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. I would love to have the same at home! The decoration door and a commode in the hall - wonderful.

Can only enter and exit from front door - so side door entry. Water pressure in shower was “ok” , not strong, but good enough. Very comfortable stay though.
