Pros:

Místo bylo pěkné, snídaně výborná. Personál opravdu velmi ochotný.

Cons:

Poměr ceny a poskytnuté služby je opravdu nesmyslný, výhled na chodník, zařízení, hluk z vedlejších pokojů, parkování.

We felt like royalty!
Pros:

The valet who took care of us was beyond helpful: so kind when we were tired, knowledgeable about the castle and the town, and insightful with how to fix our bank problems.

It was lovely and a real treat.
Pros:

Lovely location, staff and food.

Cons:

We did not have a card that worked to get to the communal lounge area. We told staff and a new one was not delivered. The bathroom door was clear which did not allow for privacy in the room.

Pros:

We stayed here for our honeymoon but wanted to return 30 years later to stay in the tower room. Very unique lodging experience in a castle. Great location to explore the town off peak hours. Food at the restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Be prepared for descending the very steep stairs in the room with a rope rail. But we knew about this when we booked. The restaurant food was excellent, but the staff were very confused at times bringing out the wrong things. Should have more experience working at a place like this

Pros:

Staff was excellent. Quiet, clean, and great location.

Cons:

No counter in the bathroom. Pedestal sink. Only queen bed. 2nd person slept on sofa bed which was comfortable.

Vc não fica exatamente no castelo como é falado/vendido. O quarto fica em anexo ao castelo. O café da manhã é muito ruim, com café frio😢

A very special place.
Pros:

The location was spectacular. We did a walk around the castle walls at dusk, with swallows dipping and diving around us We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Throughout our stay the staff could not have been more helpful, advising us about our onward journey and giving us a lift to the bus stop at the end of our stay.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and dark but this was not an issue.

Nous n'avons pas été capables d'avoir le service de navette pour aller du stationnement jusqu'à l'hôtel avec la valise et le sac à dos. Par contre, pour le retour à le stationnement ça bien marché
Peut être vous pouvez améliorer un peu ce service.

Pros:

Achei o quarto extremamente apertado. E o cheiro de mofo me incomodou bastante. O banheiro tbem muito apertado.

Cons:

Do tamanho do quarto. E eu pedi no check in uma surpresa, pois era aniversario do meu marido. Na recepção me sugeriram um bolinho para o cafe da manhã... e para minha surpresa, no dia seguinte, a cozinha disse que nada havia sido solicitado.
