Songdo Central Park Hotel

I have paid breakfast for two people and only use one because my colleague did not attend the conference due to visa challenges. Her visa application was not successful. I requested Songdo Central Park hotel to refund me for one breakfast but I was unsuccessful. I wish I can be refunded for the unused money for breakfast and the one night paid extra due to the flight times.

Staff, except for the kind gentlemen at the breakfast room. People at the lobby were very slow, they do not understand English and do not pay attention to your notes.

Alla reception sono stati molto fiscali nel check-in: avevo piacere a rilassarmi dopo un viaggio di ben 22 ore di aereo nella stanza, e ho richiesto se fosse possibile accedere un pochino prima (sono arrivato alle 12.00 ho chiesto se magari per le 14.00/14.30 la camera fosse pronta. Alle 14.45 ho fatto la stessa domanda e mi hanno risposto di no. Allo scoccare delle 15.00 mi hanno dato la chiave elettronica. Ecco, l'ho trovato poco sensibile.

The reception staff is absolutely pathetic. They might as well hang a sign saying that the answer to all your questions is “no.” You have to pay extra for your child’s breakfast, even though the booking clearly stated that you shouldn’t. Every morning at exactly 3:45 a.m., the air conditioner turns on. Most of the sockets in the room are wobbly and do not work properly. During breakfast, the servers walk around as if they are guarding something, making you feel constantly watched.
However, the incompetence of the reception staff, their rude responses, and the overall poor service make this experience absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this hotel and strongly suggest that the reception staff undergo proper service training and improve their English skills.

No microwave or iron in the room. There was no milk and sugar in the kit. Only coffee powder and green tea was there.

Needless to say that the reception is not guest-friendly.
I need to explain my experience yesterday. I requested invoice on checkout. They did not know the meaning of issuing invoice and the contents of it, so I had to explain them. The reception often cut my words while I was explaining and tried to finish my request just handing over any document which was not invoice. They showed their long face and even raised their voice to the guest due to this request without explanation. I was so surprised and embarrassed by this radical attitude. I think the reception do not have sympathy to the guests either.
Further to say, they did not look at the face while talking, not smile, but looked super busy. Although 4 or 5 staffs were at the reception, but they did not welcome guests simultaneously but only one by one from the guest registered via the tablet in front of the reception. So, the other guests waited in the uncomfortable rattan chairs until they were called. I really did not know what the other staffs were doing. They looked all busy.
Another feedback shared from my clients stayed three nights in this hotel was that the process was too strict. There was no flexibility or generosity to support guests for check in time adjustment. Any adjustment was leading to the additional charge.
Small Rattan chairs along side the wall in the lobby seemed uncomfortable. Too wide lobby was left too empty to provide the guests with the comfort.
It was weird in the breakfast restaurant that all men in black mainly served guests and often took away the unfinished bowl or food from the table without my confirmation. K pop dance music video was played so loud every morning in big screen in the restaurant, which made guest failing in peaciful morning. WIFI not working every morning.
Washbasin in the room has almost no space to put private toiletries, and power socket in the table and bed is loose to hold plug. So I used the socket next to the toilet which is far away.
