I liked the breakfast, especially when taken early in the morning. The hotel location is very convenient as it is close to the metro station (Blue Line). I also liked the swimming pool. Small stores are very near to the hotel, and basement parking is available—although limited, you can still find space.
The mattress was not comfortable. When I raised the issue, the staff did not replace it and only flipped the mattress, which resolved the problem temporarily. On the last day, when we arrived for breakfast, most items were already finished. Refilling was very slow, and many items were not replenished in time. Additionally, the room Wi-Fi was connected to the lights, which was very disturbing.

I wasn’t sure about this place when I first arrived but it grew on me and I’m going to end up spending 7 nights here. And I’d probably stay here again if I was in Riyadh for an extended work trip. The apartments may be a little tired but they have everything you need and they are extremely good value. The staff in the lobby have been extremely helpful and kind.
Nothing that i don’t like. The apartments may have seen better days but actually once you get settled in they are comfortable and have everything you need.
