רק המיקום שהוא קרוב לכותל מעבר לכך הכל היה טעון שיפור מהקבלה ועד החדר עצמו
המיטה היתה נוחה

מאחרי 8 בערב אין שירות עזרה בטלויזיה לא עבדה הילדים טיפסו על הקירות

אין חניה, החדר שקיבלנו אינו תואם את מה שפורסם בבוקינג, החדר לא נקי ולא מתוחזק, חדר אוכל נראה כמו חדר אוכל בקיבוץ ולא בית מלון. וכך גם נראית ארוחת הבוקר- נוראית
קיבלנו חדר צמוד לקבלה ושמענו את כל צלצולי בהטלפון שהתקבלו בקבלה וכן ישב מחוץ לחלון שלנו מישהו ששמע סרטונים לאורך כל הלילה.
