Great location, beachfront and lots of restaurants in the area. Big and nice room. Good breakfast. Parking was available at the hotel.

After traveling for several hours, our room was not ready, late checkout should be automatic due to this inconvenience.

Close to the beach. Beach is beautiful.
The property was old, cracks in the Sheetrock walls. Dressers broken, lamps were loose and almost falling over. Not a $300.00 + a night room. Unfortunately the breakfast was nothing to be desired. We had to get breakfast other facilities. Our very first check-in we had to ask for another room since our room spelt like weed. Not just in our room but down the hall. We had to request another room. There was no room service, I had to go find a worker and ask for clean towels and that our trash be dumped. Wished i could’ve gave a better review, but we were completely disappointed in this stay.
Nothing we didn't even get to stay there because the lady at the front desk cancelled my reservation and I had to scramble to find a new place to stay
Location right on the beach. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was excellent.
Almost 3 hour wait for room to be ready at check-in. Supposed to be 4:00pm was almost 7pm when room was ready. Manager did make it right. By the time room was ready elevators were not working. Had to carry a weeks worth of luggage and supplies up 3 flights of stairs. Our room was next to elevators. When they started working the next morning room was loud every time someone used the elevator. First two nights were awful. Our room change request was granted when this was brought up. Staff was very accommodating when an issue was brought up.

The property was clean. The staff all had great customer service. Rooms were clean. I had a great view of the beach and pool from my room. Breakfast was good as well. I will definitely be staying again
