Clean and helpful staff
A freezer/refrig combination we had ice packs for cooler but we could freeze them
I liked how clean the hotel was considering its beachfront and people are to and from the beach daily. The breakfast was great, plenty of choices.
The halls were very warm. One person we shared an elevator ride with commented that it felt as if the hotel didn’t want to pay extra for AC. The AC in our room also didn’t get as cold as one would expect. The hotel front desk staff aren’t the friendliest.
It’s be better with bacon

The hotel staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast variety and quality.
The hotel location was perfect for the beach, but to reach most restaurants or stores required a car.
Room was nice. Pool was nice, it should be open later. Beach area was nice
A wheel fell off of the luggage cart as we were checking in and the staff did not assist us or try to get another cart for us. Breakfast was terrible. At check out there were no carts to help with carrying the luggage to the car. It's like they had one cart and it broke. Front desk staff was just rude. Unprofessional is putting it mildly. Customer service is not a strong point here.
