Atendimento dos funcionários. O Sr. Guilherme do espaço gourmet é muito gentil e nos deixa bem à vontade! O ambiente é bem agradável, limpo, a TV funciona, o Wi-Fi funciona, o ar condicionado, chuveiro, tudo funciona perfeitamente. Recomendo!

Cons:

Como fiquei no 3 andar, escutei barulho de cadeiras arrastando, penso que dá área gourmet, mas não por muito tempo. Sugiro por amortecedor de barulho nos pés das cadeiras.

Falta de tomadas no quarto. Tinha apenas uma que era utilizada pelo frigobar. No banheiro tinha outra tomada que utilizava para carregar o celular.
