I had a nice spacious room with two cold air conditioners, the room was clean and good, I like the microwave in the food preparation area and the cold fridge.
The body wash and the shampoo were nice and had very good smell.
It can be a good enough place if you are local and you travel for work.
Unlike most of my reviews this hotel is having more negative than positive and it will be explained.
The location is far from anything you would like to do as a tourist, it is away from MBK mall 30 minutes by car and if there was traffic you will have more than an hour stuck in there, it is around 45 minutes to the airport, and the only thing is there was convenience store across the street.
The interior design is like a prison with gray walls but missing the safety net between the floors.
I had to ask for late checkout but the receptionist asked me for extra money (100 Thai Baht) and I told him that I didn't have any money on me at the moment so he asked for (1,000 Thai Baht) and told me that he can give me until 6pm after I pay the (1,000 Thai Baht) or I can stay at the lobby for free. The worst receptionist in Thailand and he can be used on how Not to treat your gust example as the reception is the face of the business and for that is enough reason for me that I will not recommend the place. I will exclude Mrs. Nattinan because she was nice and professional.
The breakfast was blunt, other than the eggs and normal cereal there was nothing that comes to taste, I have to say that there is no vegetarian or Halal option.
As usual I ask for a quiet room so I restore my power for the next day, but even on the 10th floor you will hear the big long trailers moving at night with no soundproof windows daring you to sleep, and if you think about enjoying the balcony you will find the external air conditioning unit there with no view and a desk covering it so you don't use it.
Also, something worth mentioning is that you will not find an electricity wall socket to charge your phone while you are in bed.
It is one of the rare hotels which still uses the external receiver for the TV although I haven't used the TV!

เพราะว่าฉันอยากฝึกพูดภาษาไทยก็เลยพูดช้าๆ แต่พนักงานยิ้มแล้วก็รออยู่🥹 ก็แล้วรู้สึกดีใจ ประทับใจฉัน โดยเฉพาะครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งแรกไปไทยค่าาาา มันทำให้ฉันมีความสุขมากเลยยย ขอบคุณที่มีการบริการดีที่สุดค่าา 🥳

These people clearly want to scam you. Random prices for the nights, they don’t care about the customers. I had a reservation for 6 nights with breakfast, only had breakfast on the first day because I arrived at the hotel and the room wasn’t ready, so I had breakfast while waiting. They charged me that breakfast! Even though I had 6 more breakfasts that I paid for that I didn’t even have.
You explain the problems to the staff and they don’t want to know, they simply nod and smile, pretending not to understand.
Cockroaches on the room.
The air conditioning makes noise all night.
In front of the hotel there’s a road that must have holes, all night trucks pass and bump there, it’s impossible to have a rest.
They advertise a gym, you get there, there’s no such thing as a gym. Just a rack of dumbbells and 3 broken machines.
People on the swimming pool until 2 am making noise and screaming and no one gives a damn.
Honestly I don’t recommend, stay away.
