Pros:

Everything the staff was amazing , location is the best spot heart of blok M right next to blok M square markets all ammenities walking distance lots of food just across the roads , clean and comfortable . Even the manager tries to engage as much as he can with customers which brings a nice touch to the hotel . Staff is amazing always friendly and helpful
