Bueno para descansar únicamente
Pros:

Cumple con las necesidades básicas. Buena relación calidad-precio. Bueno para dormir únicamente. Cama cómoda y buena insonorización. La ubicación es buena para punto de inicio de todos los puntos de interés de Tokio. Cerca andando de shinjuku, barrio muy animado y con mucha vida nocturna.

枕が低めと高めの2種類あった事

Cons:

新宿にはアパホテルが9ヶ所もあり、予約したホテルとは違うホテルに行ってします可能性があります。
一人で泊まるには問題無いと思いますが、2人だと狭すぎます。
ロビーには座るところはありませんし、トイレもありません。
一階にはレストランがありますが、16人がギリギリ座れ、1人が歩けるスペースしかありません。
朝食は毎日同じメニューです。
