My Stay on Thorndon
Pros:

The Apartment was compact but met all my needs,
Private. It was quiet, which is great.Staff were very helpful, and my room was immaculate. This was close to the stadium and a short walk into town which was great. Overall a great stay. Will be back.

Wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

Great location, super close to the Stadium which was perfect for the Wellington marathon event. The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable, and the room was spotless and spacious. I didn't cook but was amazed to see great cooking facilities in the kitchenette and that there was also a washing machine & dryer in the bathroom. Quest Thorndon would be top of my list to book again in the future.

Cons:

After a running the marathon in the freezing cold weather and wind, I couldn't wait to get back to my room for a hot shower. Unfortunately, the water wasn't all that hot, maybe there was a lot of runners staying there and they all came back and did the same thing and it was taking abit to keep the hot water up? I don't know, but it definitely made me get out fast and hop into bed to warm up instead. My other showers during my stay weren't like that, they were nice and hot so maybe just the draw on the water all at once from runners? It wouldn't stop me from booking again though.

A clean and comfortable place to stay near research library and archive and railway station, and close to airport bus.
Pros:

Location was ideal for train station and National Library. Good to have kitchenette and washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom sink unit is damaged and needs replacing. Conditioner dispenser needs cleaning. Could not shut window.
