When the hotel manager goes on holidays without any replacement things will go wrong!
Pros:

comfortable bed. A shame it was near impossible to get to sleep with automatic balcony lights and no block out curtains. See Pic.

Cons:

No Staff. Except two lovely cleaners Thaw and Chong who did their best to understand English. No response over 4 days to many issues. See pics.

Pros:

Magnifique vue sur la ville la nuit. « Hôtel » cosy et tranquille. 70€ pour 3 nuits avec mes réductions Genius je ne vais pas me plaindre. Le rapport qualité / prix était là même si l’hôtel a besoin d’un peu plus de ménage.

Cons:

Pas d’ascenseur avec une poussette et des valises c’est compliqué, l’emplacement en haut du colline raide.. fallait pas glisser.

Отличный отель , цена - качество , приятный персонал , уборка каждый день, уютно, отель находится на горе, нас это не смущало даже не имея иногда байка, получалась хорошая спортивная нагрузка ) еще удобно, что байк можно брать прямо в отеле, до пляжа Патонг минут 20 идти пешком, и там довольно таки хорошее место, думаю самая чистая часть пляжа

It was perfect.
Pros:

I liked everything about my stay. The staff was friendly and they kept my room in immaculate condition, the bed was comfortable and the view was spectacular.

Great value for the money
Pros:

The room is great, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is good, just 20 minutes from the beach, and we had no trouble with the walk uphill. It has a toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and microwave, so you can save money on meals. The housekeeping staff and the receptionist are very polite and kind. I highly recommend it! We don't use them, but there's a pool and a mini gym, for that price, there's no better option.

Cons:

I wish there had been blackout curtains on the balcony door; it was hard to sleep in because of the sunlight. The pillow was a little too high for my liking.

A perfect vacation
Pros:

We loved everything. The hotel was very clean, located in a peaceful environment, and all the staff were friendly. Communication was easy and smooth. The location is great—close to both the city and the beach. The hotel’s amenities are excellent for the price.

Cons:

We have nothing negative to say—everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Staff was friendly, place was absolutely great considering the price. Would stay again when in the area.

Cons:

Personally nothing I did not like.
I’ve seen reviews about the steap hill and staff not being around on the spot.
Yes, the accomodation is located at a steap hill. Nothing more :)
For check in and check out: just let the staff or owner know the times, they will make sure they are there!

Abbiamo soggiornato 12 notte tutto perfetto oltre aspettative pulito camere con balcone vista Patong, letto duro comodissimo piscina pulita ,lontano dal caos, x arrivare in centro 20/25 a piedi,avendo lo scooter ci siamo mossi liberamente, senza taxi Lo consiglio .
