Urban Newtown near Enmore
Pros:

Stay here often, convenient location to event venue, parking perfect, staff accommodating and available as often as can be, complimentary refreshments, in room facilities good including internet and private parking, ever changing restaurant scene, public transport and Sydney cbd convenient, great space for short or extended stay with family or group.

Cons:

Weather kept us off the outdoor furniture, a lil cold and wet but mostly lovely. Elevator required patience!

Very happy with the location and the room. Quirky building with quirky art works.
Pros:

Great location close to restaurants, cafes, bars, trains.

Cons:

If planes land from the North you hear them overhead every 5 minutes after 6:00am - we slept through most of it so wasn’t a big problem for us.

Location and price were great! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. The layout of the hotel was pretty cool with the greenery and overall style

Great location, small room
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to the theatre. Much quieter than expected.

Cons:

Beds were quite hard and ours was shoved right in the corner so one of us had to sleep up against a wall, we had a terrible sleep. Room was very pokey.

Very convenient if you have tickets for Enmore Theater, but it’s not comfortable

Very convenient location, close to the venue we had tickets for and plenty of good food options around

Cons:

The noise was unbearable. We had a room facing Enmore road, which is a very busy road 24/7. there is absolutely no sound proofing and it felt like our bed was in the middle of the road. I did not sleep all night.
Also the room smelled wet and stuffy. The ceiling had water marks, so I assume it’s wet
