The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, the property had all the facilities that you could want or need. The meals were so good. We had a very pleasant stay.
The only issue had was a shower problem but the staff were on to it once they were aware.
Loved the people staff were very nice but not happy because apparently I’m being black listed for leaving the room with rubbish they never bothered calling me nothing until I booked it again to then get call about I’m blcklisted lot of rubbish isn’t that why cleaners are for ? I would love to see photos of my rubbish
Been accused for something I didn’t do apparently leaving rubbish?? To be blacklisted it had to be bad but they didn’t contact me not professional at all
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Size, venue
The shower was dodgy the first 2 nights, but it was fine the last 2 days of my stay. When you put the sign on the door for cleaners not to enter and 2 of the 4 days they entered. Very off putting.
