I really enjoyed my stay here, location is good, close to the Cavern and many great pubs close by.
Pros:

Room was clean, comfortable with good air conditioning. Breakfast was good. Staff Friendly. Good TV and Shower. Liverpool 1 and Docks is nearby.

Cons:

Car Park is a walk away, but a safe distance.

Dissapointing
Pros:

The breafast was not good. The bacon and sausage was undercooked and the scrambled egges were overcooked. Most people can deal with a disapointing room if the breakfast was quality it was not. However the location was good.

The receptionist was aweful and quite rude. We booked in with our sirname and she could not locate us, then I gave her my first name and still no booking. When I gave her my wifes name and my name she then told me I was not giving the right information. Ive travelled the world and never been greeted but such stupidity. The reception had a bad smell and no the wonder when the floor was being mopped by a dirty mop.

Comfy room and lovely staff
Pros:

I’ve stayed here more than once now as every experience is great! Quick check in with lovely staff, very comfortable room and it’s right in the city centre so it’s easy to get to what you need

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. King Room was large with everything you needed and more

Cons:

Nothing, it was great and so were the staff. Less than two minutes walk from moorfields station and id definitely book again when staying in liverpool
