Lovely stay, great location
Pros:

Location was perfect, hotel was lovely being very modern and spotlessly clean. Staff were great. Breakfast was really good too. No complaints here. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Pros:

Great location. Staff very friendly, breakfast good. Clean and tidy and bed comfortable

Cons:

Didn't like bathroom basin outside bathroom, shower powerful but think it needed resealing water went everywhere outside cubicle. Could do with a better lighting in room.

Perfect
Pros:

Stayed here with a group of 10 friends. Really friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast! They even printed out the train departure times for us to help with our travel plans. Really appreciated the extra effort. Great service!

9 of us travelled from Scotland and we had a fantastic weekend. But the hotel made it even better.

Magnificent building with excellent facilities.
Pros:

The hotel was located in a convenient area for accessing resturants, the Cavern Club and the docks area. The rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. There was no noise from either inside the hotel or the outside street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts available to upper floors. Nice and comfortable bar area for a nightcap.

Cons:

Used mug and teaspoon needs to be taken away after use.
