Excellent staff and breakfast.
Pros:

The room was lovely with a stunning view. The hallways were being painted when we arrived which was nice to see. Our TV did not work but Pippa was incredible and after trying to fix it, swapped it with another one! 🥰

Cons:

The shower was well used. For example the floor tiles and grout were discoloured but that is expected in a well used hotel.

Great central hotel in a fantastic city
Pros:

It’s location , the room was big with a comfy bed , great air conditioning and most of all very quiet for a central hotel

Loved everything - nothing to dislike

Great hotel
Pros:

Stayed there live in Liverpool but had a good night out got in at 7am no issue for the staff although rudely awoken by housekeeping as l slept in past checking out time but it was no problem
