Jaclyn and Kuby were amazing.They were on the night shift and helped me a lot as i was visiting Liverpool for the first time so i asked them about places to visit.They explained me a lot about this city and also offered me a very good service.

It was shame this my safe wasent working and there was dirty bin in my bathroom thas was forgotten to be empty they bathroom was lots smaller then usal would nots like they room 430 again for next trip thenku

Easy walk from station, lovely old building, friendly and helpful staff, efficient check-in and out. Decent size room and bathroom.

Had a wonderful stay at Aloft Marriott. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were also very comfortable and clean.

I was amazed by the beautiful aesthetic in the lobby and breakfast area- a lot of effort has been made to ensure that the original architecture was maintained and appreciated throughout. My reason for my stay was because I had to sit an exam and I did my last minute cramming in a very ambient lobby area.

The staff at reception were very friendly and accommodated to requests as much as possible. “No” was never an answer from them.

I am gluten free and they accommodated well to my dietary requirements to ensure that there were provisions available. The chefs went to incredible lengths to ensure that was possible. I am incredibly grateful for their endeavours.

I wish my stay was longer, but the next time I visit Liverpool, I know I would be staying here again. Thank you to the staff who made it a brilliant stay. I wish I knew the names of all the people who helped me out to thank them for their kindness, but I know Ruby was one of them!

Usually I find chain hotels rather boring, but Marriott Aloft Liverpool was an exception. Housed in an old insurance building with tons of history, this hotel was conveniently located right around the corner from Matthew Street and the Cavern Club, a short walk from Albert Dock, and near everything in the city centre. The rooms were large and comfortable, with one of the best showers I've encountered in my travels. Desk staff were lovely and helpful and even offered us a late check-out on request. Free laundry facilities downstairs was a huge unexpected bonus; I wish we'd known about it before we spent a bunch of money doing laundry elsewhere a couple of days earlier. The hotel is in a busy area, but with the windows closed it was very quiet for a good night's sleep. Air con in the summer is helpful. Everything was great; would definitely stay again!
