Top bestemming, leuk hotel.
Pros:

Kort bij het prachtige centrum maar toch zeer rustig.
Mooi uitzicht, mooie kamer in authentieke stijl, met alle voorzieningen.
Prima ontbijt.
Reit im Winkl is een top locatie.

Nie wieder in dieses Hotel

Der Balkon des Nachbarzimmers verlief vor unserem Badezimmer und der Toilette. Vor unserem Toilettenfenster standen die Balkonmöbel des Nachbarn. Der Balkon des Nachbarn verlief bis vor unser Schlafzimmerfenster. Das kann man man sich gar nicht ausmalen und vorstellen. Unser Intimleben wurde durch diese Umstände zutiefst verletzt!! Das geht gar nicht!! Was sind das für Zustände, zumal in einem Hotel?

Die Lage des Zimmers direkt an der Landstraße; Tag und Nacht Lärm von der Straße hörbar.

Das Nachbargrundstück rechts vom Hotel war ein Brachfeld, auf dem LKWs be- und entladen wurden. Container wurden abgestellt oder auf LKWs verbracht, Reifen wurden gewechselt. Mit irrsinnigem Lärm, Tag und Nacht.

Im Zimmer war der Lärm aus der Küche zu hören, besonders wenn Fleisch "geklopft" wurde. Unglaublich!

Die Küchenzeile war sehr spärlich ausgerüstet. Es fehlten Pfannen, tiefe Teller etc. In der sogenannten "Suite Comfort" war kein Tisch zum Essen vorhanden. Wie soll dort gegessen werden, vom Fußboden?

Der sogenannte "General Manager", dem Namen nach wohl ein Russe, hat unsere Beschwerde über die Zustände in einer impertinenten Art und Weise abgetan, das war schon peinlich und eher unprofessionell. Originalaussage: Wir könnten unsere Regressforderungen gerne einklagen, in diesem schönen Land Deutschland. Unglaublich.

Im Restaurant und der Außenbewirtschaftung völlig überlaute Musik der schlimmsten Art. Erst nach unserer Beschwerde wurde das Gejaule (die Playlist der Angestellten) leiser eingestellt. Fachpersonal: Fehlanzeige.

Das gesamte Mobiliar ist derartig in die Jahre gekommen, insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck der Schmuddeligkeit.

Im Zimmer befinden sich Pflanzen in Blumentöpfen. Hat in einem Gästezimmer eigentlich nichts zu suchen!

Die Haustür am hinteren Eingang des Gebäudes zu den Zimmern konnte nicht ordentlich geschlossen werden. Einbrecher haben hier leichtes Spiel.

Ich bin sehr darüber enttäuscht, das booking.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage und unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer verfügte über eine Kochzeile die ziemlich praktisch war. Es gibt einen kleinen gemütlichen Sauna Bereich und das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Cons:

Der Preis könnte minimal angepasst werden vor allem die Preise vom Frühstück (geringe Auswahl) und dem Abendessen relativ hochpreisig.
